Be among the first to rent this beautiful new home. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling with gorgeous windows that reach to the roof. The Living Room has a 50 inch tv with a 600 watt surround sound system. The Dining Room has a beautiful Ethan Allen table set.For fun go into the Game Room which boasts a 6ft pool table, an arcade game which has 12 games, Playstation 2 with games including Guitar Hero, board games ,cards and chips to play your favorite games. There is also a 25 inch tv with a dvd player and surround sound system.
Enjoy sleeping on brand new mattresses in all 4 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has all new furniture and a queen size bed. There is another 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs the 1st bedroom has a full size bed and the 2nd room has a full size bed and a set of bunkbeds.The living room couch has a queen sleeper.
Towamensing Trails and the surrounding area offer a wide array of a activities. The Lake will be open again this summer!Our tranquil lake offers fishing and swimming.
We have just added a Brand New 15 in 1 Game Table which includes Foosball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Pool Table for the little kids, Football, Baseball, Chess, Checkers and more. Wifi internet acess is also now available.We built this home in 2006.

Why the Owner Chose Towamensing Trails
Towamensing Trails is centrally located to most any activity you could dream of. Our home is 5 minutes door to door to whitewater rafting and paintball. Jack Frost Big Boulder Ski Resort is just 7 minutes away! We have the amenities of Split Rock Lodge, without the high cost of staying there. H20 is their waterpark, that is open to the public. We are just a few minutes to pizza shops, markets and shopping. We are just 20 minutes to the Tannersville Outlets and Camelbeach. Camelback ski resort in the Winter is the waterpark Camelbeach in the Summer. The waterpark is clean and has fabulous food. Knoebels is just 1 hour and 10minutes away. It's the most affordable amusement park you could ever possibly imagine! We love the food, shops, rides,shows and attractions. It is a must visit attraction in the Summer. We are also just 10 miles away from the Town of Jim Thorpe. It is like a little Swiss town, cut into the side of the mountain. We have rode on the train threw the town and it is a wonderful experience for all ages. Young and old love the shops and eateries. We chose this location, because there is endless things to do and see.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The most unique thing about our home is you don't have to leave to enjoy wildlife. We have turkeys, deer, spotted fawns, red fox, brown bear, chipmunks, and reptiles. It is so quiet you can hear the tinging of the frost hitting the leaves in the fall. The air is so fresh, that it put you in a place you never thought you could be! Taking a walk around the streets is so secluded, you see more wildlife and people walking dogs than cars. You have to love that! It's paradise, right here in Pennsylvania!
The pristine lake offers fishing, paddleboating, swimming, sunning on the beach! With our rental we offer (8) wristbands for these amenities. You can also enjoy the clubhouse for snacks, food and drinks. There's a pool, and a wonderful tot playground and gameroom to enjoy.
Towamensing Trails has it's own private beach for sunning and swimming. You can rent paddleboats. The beach is open Memoral Day Weekend for weekend enjoyment. The beach is open full time June 26.
The clubhouse offers a huge deck viewing the lake and beach. You can enjoy food fresh off the grill with snacks and drinks. The gameroom is in the lower level. You can rent the paddle boats there, too.
The local pizza shop is just a couple on minutes away on Route 903.
Hickory Run State Park is just a few minutes away from our home. It has over 60 trails for the amateur to the most experienced adventure seekers. It has an on site ranger station. Hawk Falls is a must see, it's the Niagara Falls of the Poc's! Boulder Field is a must see for all ages!
Whitewater rafting on the Lehigh Gorge is only 5 minutes door to door on Route 903! At the same location you can go to Skirmish for paintball!
This is the closest market to our home. It hasa groceries, fresh meats and deli. It has made to order sandwiches,too.

Tony and I built our home in 2006. We made every detail of the house to make your visit the most relaxing vacation possible. We update our movies, games, furniture, bedding, kitchen pans and utensils as often as possible to make sure everything is impeccable quality. We spend as much time as possible in our chalet to make sure everything is in working order. The smallest details have been praised by past renters. We have friends in Towamensing Trails. When my father was very sick, the trails fresh air and feeling of relaxation actually made me forget, momentarily how sick he was. It was then that we bought a 1/2 acre of paradise! Shortly thereafter we found the builder with the best qualiity of workmanship and went forward with the biggest project of our lives. We installed central air, due to the fact that it was really hot in the Summer when we were there on the pristine beach at Lake Towamensing! We had a blast shopping for the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths before the house was even completed! The finished product has been the most rewarding project we could have ever done. We have had countless emails, cards and letters from past guests who have had the most memorable time of their lives, inside the doors of our home. We are proud to say that the Pocono's is wealthy with history, wildlife and adventure, yet the most affordable vacation you can possibly take in the area. We would love to have you visit with us and we will help you make the most of your time, since after all, vacations are the most precious time we have with the ones we love the most!!.

A memory for the books!

My husband and I, 2 of our sons that still live at home before heading to college, one of my brother's and his lovely wife spend the long weekend at this wonderful home. We took advantage of the pool table and video games daily competitions. We enjoyed the host of board games with nightly Pictionary contests (yeah girls). We watched movies on the big screen tv. The fireplace warmed our cold bodies after long days skiing and tubing in the snowy nearby ski resorts. We visited Boulder Field with our boys to see the evidence of glacier activity. Every day we saw a family of deer in the front, just yards away from the beautiful windows. We also cooked scrumptious dinners in this well equipped kitchen and all 6 of us ate comfortably at the dinning table. We even made steaks out on the gas grill one night. This home has 4 well sized bedrooms that sleep everyone comfortably and two nice sized bathrooms with toasty water temps. As for the owners - wow! They were fast with the responses, answered our incessant questions, and were simply a joy to work with from the word go. They even called right after the trip, and it was like speaking with a long-time friend from the first hello. We have made memories of a lifetime with this lovely house as a backdrop and we are already talking about renting it again next year. Everything about this house is just as described and then some. I recommend it with the highest of marks, so please do not hesitate...just do us a favor and do not rent the same weekend we want it! :-) Thanks Jane and Tony - you are wonderful! Cindy and gang

My wife and 2 kids, her parents, and her brother, all 7 of us, were going on our first trip to the Poconos, and didn't know what to expect. Jane and Tony were extremely helpful in the process, giving us tips and being very pleasant to converse with. My son loved the video games and the house was stocked with everything that we needed...plenty of TV's for everyone, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, and plenty of room. I'm more of a wildlife person myself, and I was pleased to see deer in our yard. I also got a picture of a red-spotted newt and a red-tailed hawk right on our street. The lake and the beach are absolutely great, as well as the pool. My son and daughter loved swimming in the lake and we even saw a bald eagle there! So nice to swim at the beach, come up to eat lunch right there and then go back to the lake. We also were able to visit Knoebels Amusement Park and Bushkill Falls while we were there. Overall, we had a great time, and would definitely consider coming back! It was a memorable trip. Thanks so much to Jane and Tony.

Thank you Jane and Tony for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It was just perfect! It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The game room was also fabulous. There was also a wonderful selection of movies for all ages. My teenage son watched a movie a night. There were also very helpful brochures for all of the wonderful things to do close by. The restaurant that you recommended, Trattoria 903, was soo yummy! We went to paintball and white water rafting. My younger children loved to put apples in the feeder to watch the deer come. Thanks again for everything.

Thanks Jane and Tony for letting us rent your house. My family had an awesome vacation! The guys loved using the pool table and arcade games! It was very clean and well-maintained. Working with Jane and Tony was a pleasure. They were extremely nice and helpful. The house was close to Camelbeach and Knoebel's ( which are two of the reasons we LOVE going to the mountains). I would definitely recommend this house to everyone and would stay here again myself!!!

My family and I rented this property for memorial weekend and we had a wonderful time. They can't stop talking about how much fun they had, and I think it is due to the convience of everything in the house. The game room was amazing and this was one of the main reasons we stayed indoors, there was always something for us to do.Working with Jane was amazing she is a wonderful person and is easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone, and i plan to rent this house again in the future

Hi Jane & Tony - Thank you so much for providing such a great rental. Our party of 12 really enjoyed your house. The layout was great, the beds were comfortable, everything was well kept and clean. The game room was awesome. We also loved that you had poker and black jack set ups. We tubed at Big Boulder and it was such a quick, easy ride to get to the Mountain. You were a pleasure to rent from and always quick to answer any questions. The gas fireplace in the living room was so nice after returning from the Mountain. I'm hoping to make this an annual trip and wouldn't even bother searching homes again. Yours was perfect! Thanks!!!

Our two families stayed here for a couple of days over Christmas break and we could not have been happier. The owners were so accomodating and easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly - the whole process was easy. The house was perfect for our two families and had everything we needed. We spent our days just a short distance away at Big Boulder and relaxed by the fire in the evening. The kids really enjoyed all the game room had to offer. This house was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Thanks Jane and Tony. We can't wait to come back.

My group had rented the house last weekend, January 7th to the 10th and it was incredible! Jane and Tony were so sweet in letting us rent there home for the weekend. First off they were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of renting the house and were so easy to communicate with. The house was incredible and so spacious to fit our group of 10! We had rented the house to go snow boarding and skiing for the weekend and it was conveniently located so close to the slopes, it took maybe at most 10 minutes at most to get there. The home was well equipt with anything we could possibly need and even provided many different options of entertainment! We all really appreciated the selection of movies, the guitar hero and the large amount of options of games in the game room. The fireplace in the living room was a great touch too! This past weekend has definitely been one of the best times myself and my group of friends has had in a long time. We all thank Jane and Tony so much for renting there home to us for the weekend! It was truly amazing! We will definitely consider doing a weekend like this again in the future and hope to work with Jane & Tony again!!

A first home rental proved successful in many ways. Could not have done it without Jane and Tony's help. Questions were answered promptly. 6 old senior citizens from south central Pennsylvania proved Towamensing Trails rentals have alot to offer. Cleanliness and the various home activities were what we were looking for in case it rained but the sun shined the whole weekend. Furniture is top notch. Dinners were cooked at the house and all equipment you could possibly need were there.Hickory Run State Park is a must all year round to view the boulder field and drive thru the lake fordway from Camp Daddy Allen road. Jim Thorpe's fall train ride with lunch at the Broadway Cafe is a must. An old cemetery on Old Stage Road between Route 903 & Route 534 is interesting with a tombstone showing mafia type characters on it. Jane and Tony's home is well worth any age rental. We proved it.
