This new unit with a designer appointed interior was completed in October 2001. It features exquisite furnishings including a king size bedroom set and garden tub in the master suite, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper couch in the den. The 3 televisions ensure you will always be able to see your favorite programs. The kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings when you choose to stay in. The breakfast alcove provides a bird's-eye view of the lake and the 10th tee. A 2 car garage is attached and the gated community ensures your privacy and an added level of security.
The 22,000 sq. ft. clubhouse offers many amenities:

Judy 12/23/04 – Upon Arrival at Cedar Hammock Dear Ralph, Your home is beautiful! After a grueling day of traveling and having to go through a Second security check at Reagan, mechanical problems on a plane and a two-hour delay in takeoff, we are here. I just can’t tell you our delight! We were watching two golfers from the veranda and loving every minute of it. I don’t know if I can leave your home in the same condition I found it. It was too immaculate to be sure. I am marinating chicken for tomorrow and plan to use the grill. Your instructions for all the appliances and A/C etc are wonderful. We met a few nasty people in our travels yesterday so you can’t really imagine the look on our faces when we entered the foyer, you really can’t. I am going to hate to leave. Who cares if it is raining – it is so much nicer here in Florida than back in Mass. Merry Christmas Judy 01/04/05 – Upon Returning to Massachusetts Dear Ralph, We thoroughly enjoyed Cedar Hammock. It’s a wonderful place to walk in and relax in. We had a wonderful time watching the golfers who were up bright and early. I can’t tell you again, how much we enjoyed all the conveniences of your villa. The pictures on the web do not do it justice. I hope we left everything in order as we certainly tried. It is cloudy, windy and the temperature is currently 39 degrees. Not much different than when we left! I wanted to write and tell you that we had a wonderful time at your villa in Naples. We really needed to get away for awhile and we found that Naples was a perfect choice to unwind. The golfing was great and we met some very nice people on the course. We did in fact make dates to eat with some of our new friends at the Club House. As promised, the food up there was first class and the Sunday brunch was excellent. Our typical evening started with watching the sun set as we sat on the lanai. It was beautiful to watch the sun set over the lake as we listened to the creatures outside. With your unit being so close to the Club House, we found numerous occasions to simply walk down there and soak in the hot tub. We found a quick dip in the pool and then a session in the hot tub very relaxing. It was particularly pleasant to sit in the tub and watch the stars slowly pass overhead. Naples offered so many things to see. We especially liked the Fifth Avenue area for the different restaurants and shops. Greg found his comfort zone at Paddy Murphy’s Pub but my favorite was the Yabba Island Grill. They had the most delicious barbecued shrimp. Thank you so much for making our trip an enjoyable one. The villa was beautiful and was ideally located for getting around to many of the things we wanted to see. We will keep you in mind for our next trip south. Warmest regards, Joanne

Dear Ralph and Michal, We wanted to write and thank you for sharing your villa with us while we were on holiday in the US. We were not quite sure what to expect as this was our first trip to the United States. We needn't have worried because once we had spoken to you we felt completely at ease and realized our accommodations would work out beautifully. Upon our arrival we were most excited to see how beautifully your unit is decorated. It was very elegant and comfortable. We also found that we there was nothing lacking. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the golfing and the pool. The golf course was beautifully designed and challenging. We enjoyed many early morning rounds with the lovely birds and very large squirrels! We were amazed at how plucky they were. Our afternoons were spent sunning at the pool in preparation for delightful evenings in Old Naples. We'd spent our time wandering along 5th avenue watching people as they window shopped or ate at the outdoor cafes. It was a bit like being back in London except the weather was so much more pleasant! We also enjoyed eating at many of the restaurants and watching the passers-by. The selection of different kinds of food along with the incredibly reasonable prices made eating out such a pleasure. One could never be hungry in Naples. We were also delighted by the lovely attitudes of those who waited on us. We saw nothing but smiling faces when we shopped, golfed or dined. While it is always nice to return home, we are already thinking about, and planning, our next holiday at your villa. We will be in touch concerning another month in 2005. In the meantime we will certainly share our wonderful experience with our friends here at home. Thank you so much again – we had a marvelous time that will never be forgotten. Dear Ralph and Michal, We arrived home last evening to lightly falling snow and today pouring rain -- a reality check to say the least. We missed (gratefully) a horrible February in Rhode Island with more snow and bad weather than we've seen in years. We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed Naples and the villa. You have done a lovely job furnishing and decorating your place and we cared for it as if it was our own. I'm sure that it is important to both you and your wife that it stays well maintained. Naples is as wonderful as we expected and Cedar Hammock's proximity to all of Naples and Marco could not have been better. Our favorite restaurant was the Boathouse and we dined there several times. Bob even tried alligator tail at Cracklin Jack's but I doubt he'd have it again as he was adventurous only so he could tell our grandchildren how brave he was. Turner River Road in the Everglades was a particular delight for alligator and bird watching as there were so many of both. Corkscrew Sanctuary didn't compare to this free drive. A sunset picnic at Wiggins Pass was memorable as were the trips to Naples Pier and Gulf Shore Drive. We also enjoyed many nights on the lanai just relaxing. The weather was superb!! We will tell everyone we know (as we've begun to do already) about your villa and the community of Cedar Hammock. Bob and I have purchased a coach home that will be completed in August or September of this year. We were so enamored by the area that we wanted to have something of our own to share with family and friends. I, again, wanted to let you know that we were extremely happy with your home.
