The Ali'i Condo is a deluxe, newly remodeled vacation condo located in the Kuilima Estates East at Turtle Bay on the North Shore of Oahu. It has new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new ceramic tile flooring, a new bathroom, a new King bed, new furnishings, and air conditioning. The Kuilima Estates is located in the center of the two championship 18 hole golf courses on the grounds of The Turtle Bay Resort, the Palmer Course and the Fazio Course.
The Estates are only minutes away from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just relaxing on miles of pristine and private, sandy beaches. In addition to beach activities, the resort area also offers world renowned golf, horseback riding on the beach and trail, tennis, shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. Waikiki and it's many attractions are only an hour away.
The property within the Estates has access to a private tropical swimming pool and four regulation size tennis courts. The condo is well equipped with a full size kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, 2 telephones with private voicemail access, 2 Televisions with free cable access, PC with FREE Internet Service, a Stereo System with DVD, CD and VCR capabilities, and a private reserved parking stall directly in front of your lower level unit (a daily 10-20.00 VALUE-free!).
You may choose to cook a meal in the condo or barbecue at the outdoor facilities by the pool. Several nearby restaurants offer a variety of local dining experiences including Lei Lei's- a local favorite. North Shore beaches offer world famous surf and wind surfing spots such as Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay (home of the Quicksiver Pro big wave contest in December), Ehukai, Ali'i Beach and Banzai Pipeline.
The famous Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) in Laie Village is only 5 miles from the Estates, where the best show and Luau in Hawaii. Come and join us for your island getaway- we promise you won't regret it!
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- 3 nights minimum stay is prefered per low rates.
- Early Booking guaranty the season's low rates.
*Hawaii State Hospitality Tax is 11.96% (7.25% TAT + 4.71% GTE), One-time Exit Cleaning Fee of $100, and Refundable Security Deposit of $300.00 will be added in addition to the room rates.
*A Booking Deposit of $300 by check, money order, or credit card, is required in order to hold your dates, along with signed rental agreement within 5 business days of original contact of interest. The Booking Deposit is deducted from total rental charge. Total rate for stay will be charged to credit card IN FULL 60 days prior to arrival.
*Reservation Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival during low season and 60 days prior during high season to receive a refund. Partial refund of security deposit and cleaning fee are granted- if cancelled outside of that time period. Some exceptions may apply. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR HIGH SEASON.
*Most major credit cards are accepted and are secured by Paypal Virtual Terminal.
