Explore the shops, fine dining, the sights at WaterColor and the nearby seaside villages. Other recreation in the areas, including parks, tennis courts, golf course, fitness center, are all at a walking distance.
We offer a fully furnished, brand new, elegantly decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and beach access is a short walk away. You will enjoy the outdoor fireplace and grill for the gathering of family and friends.
The master suite has a king size bed and a double vanity bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the fourth bedroom has four bunk beds. All bedrooms and the living room have a television and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops, fine wood cabinets and a large dining area. You will enjoy the large wrap around porches with and extraordinary view overlooking Camp WaterColor pool.

First of all, the photos of this house do not do it justice. It is beautiful throughout - with great furnishings and spacious rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough to accomodate big family meals. (House would also be great for three couples, with three king bedrooms each with its own bath!) This was our fourth year, and fourth house, for our family vacation in Watercolor - and was my personal favorite. The owner is extremely easy to work with. Bikes do not come with this rental as they do with some others, but the weekly rate for this property is a good value, so handle your own bike rentals. If this house is among your top choices for a Watercolor stay - book it! You'll love it.

This house is right across from Camp Watercolor's playground. We thoroughly enjoyed kicking back on the porch and in the courtyard area. The kitchen has everything a gourmet chef would want. Lots of space upstairs. The master bedroom is a great place to retreat from an eventful day. We've been to Watercolor about a half dozen times, and this is by far the best place we stayed.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
