Inviting front porch welcomes you to the spacious, informal living room with woodburning fireplace, plasma TV and cozy couches which is open to the formal dining room that seats 8.

Fully equipped kitchen with eating space for 4, window seat, island, and all the comforts of home.

Access to the new large entertaining deck with barbeque from both the kitchen and master suite which overlooks the gorgeous and expansive yard, complete with rose garden, vegetable garden, fountain, play structure and lawns.

Elegant master suite complete with dressing area, and french doors to the deck. The tiled bathroom has an oversized shower with dual shower-heads and skylight. Queen sized bed, 2 closets and T.V.

Large second sunny bedroom with double sized bed , built-in shelves, T.V.window seat, walk in closet, and desk.

Third bedroom with twin sized trundle bed, 2 closets, children's table & chairs, toys & games. Sleeps 2 with trundle pulled open. Also Pack N Play included.

Additional bathroom with separate shower and tub.

Downstairs Family Room/Office complete with plasma TV, desk computer, printer, Wi-Fi, and full sized washer/dryer.

  • This home is just perfect for a family or anyone looking for a beautiful retreat. We felt completely at home, including our five year-old son and eighteen month-old daughter. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the accomodations: close to San Francisco and Sonoma County, every little thing you could possibly want/need, gracious hosts, beautiful garden, and even a place to play for the kids!! I cannot imagine anyone regretting staying here!

  • This was a magnificent home and far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for our family (3 kids). Great setup for kids with plenty of activities and room. The new deck is fantastic and the backyard gardens are a find in Mill Valley. The location is perfect to get around and visit all the great things in Bay Area.

  • What a superb property! In fact, this home by far surpasses any holiday home we have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, clean and superbly equipped with lots of nice and thoughtful touches. A wonderful garden with lots of places to sit out. A superb location for heading south to San Francisco, Monterrey or Carmel or for heading north to the Napa valley. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to other families.

  • This home is an absolute delight. We found everything to be as described on the VRBO website...and a little bit better. The location gives you ideal access to all the practical necessities as well as to all the things you might want in a vacation. And you don't have to waste a moment getting settled, because everything you need is at hand. In short, we found this rental to be "just like home" only cleaner, and with a view of Mount Tam from the bedroom.

  • Great house in excellent location. We had rented a hotel suite during our prior trip to SF (as we were traveling with kids), and we would would highly recommend this house over a hotel for anyone traveling to the Bay Area with a family. The house is in pristine condition, has a nice outdoor space, and has all the amenities (e.g., laundry, high-speed internet connection, cable TV, deck with grill, etc.). Cindy (owner) was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Finally, the house turned out to be perfect for kids as one of the bedrooms has toys in the closet and the backyard has a jungle gym. The house is very close to SF (10-15 minute drive) and close to many activities in Marin, Sonoma & Napa (e.g., Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Mt. Tam hiking, vineyards, etc.). It was also nice to be able to walk to town and to Mill Valley playgrounds with our kids.

  • This property exceeded all our expectations. It was super clean, beautifully appointed, and fully equipped. Between the lovely gardens and the very comfortable home, this house was a treat for every sense. Cindy the owner was a delight to work with. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is also ideal. Your 10-15 minutes from San Francisco and only blocks away from downtown Mill Valley. We plan on returning as often as possible. Thank you Cindy for such a wonderful rental!!
