This was our first VRBO experience. This house has been thoughtfully prepared for vacationing families. Multiple TV's, a PC with paper in the printer, wifi, games, kitchen with all the utensils, extra beddings/linens, etc. all made for a comfortable experience. Home away from home. The expansive yard with vegetable garden in the back was such a nice experience for our kids. Mill Valley location is ideal. Just about everything in the Bay Area is within easy reach. Photos do justice to the home.

Reluctant to rave too much about this property as I'd like it available whenever I need a rental in the SF area ! 5 stars for charming decor, amenities, cleanliness, thoughtful owners and proximity to town and city.

When my sons walked into our rental they told me "this is the best one yet!" A very high compliment coming from 3 teenage boys! The property is very lovely, immaculate and comfortable. We had a terrific time, seeing Mt. Tam everyday made it even better. Pearl's Phat Burger is close and yummy. Don't miss taking the ferry into The City. Thanks Cindy and Ed.

This home is just perfect for a family or anyone looking for a beautiful retreat. We felt completely at home, including our five year-old son and eighteen month-old daughter. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the accomodations: close to San Francisco and Sonoma County, every little thing you could possibly want/need, gracious hosts, beautiful garden, and even a place to play for the kids!! I cannot imagine anyone regretting staying here!

This was a magnificent home and far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for our family (3 kids). Great setup for kids with plenty of activities and room. The new deck is fantastic and the backyard gardens are a find in Mill Valley. The location is perfect to get around and visit all the great things in Bay Area.

What a superb property! In fact, this home by far surpasses any holiday home we have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, clean and superbly equipped with lots of nice and thoughtful touches. A wonderful garden with lots of places to sit out. A superb location for heading south to San Francisco, Monterrey or Carmel or for heading north to the Napa valley. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to other families.

This home is an absolute delight. We found everything to be as described on the VRBO website...and a little bit better. The location gives you ideal access to all the practical necessities as well as to all the things you might want in a vacation. And you don't have to waste a moment getting settled, because everything you need is at hand. In short, we found this rental to be "just like home" only cleaner, and with a view of Mount Tam from the bedroom.

Great house in excellent location. We had rented a hotel suite during our prior trip to SF (as we were traveling with kids), and we would would highly recommend this house over a hotel for anyone traveling to the Bay Area with a family. The house is in pristine condition, has a nice outdoor space, and has all the amenities (e.g., laundry, high-speed internet connection, cable TV, deck with grill, etc.). Cindy (owner) was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Finally, the house turned out to be perfect for kids as one of the bedrooms has toys in the closet and the backyard has a jungle gym. The house is very close to SF (10-15 minute drive) and close to many activities in Marin, Sonoma & Napa (e.g., Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Mt. Tam hiking, vineyards, etc.). It was also nice to be able to walk to town and to Mill Valley playgrounds with our kids.

This property exceeded all our expectations. It was super clean, beautifully appointed, and fully equipped. Between the lovely gardens and the very comfortable home, this house was a treat for every sense. Cindy the owner was a delight to work with. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is also ideal. Your 10-15 minutes from San Francisco and only blocks away from downtown Mill Valley. We plan on returning as often as possible. Thank you Cindy for such a wonderful rental!!

The perfect place to stay for families visiting the SF Bay Area. Better in person than the fotos. The owners thought of everything to please their guests.
