Breathtaking, unobstructed beach and ocean views from this third floor charming two bedroom, two bath condo in prestigious Ocean Place, a gated community, located next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and in walking distance to the Golf Club of Amelia Island. Development built in 1997 and unit remodeled in fall of 2005. This unit is the larger of the two bedroom models at Ocean Place. Bright beachy décor. King bed, two twin beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. TV with DVD/VCR, cable service/HBO in each bedroom and the family room. High speed internet access in second bedroom. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. VHS/DVD movies, board games, playing cards and puzzles.

There is a locked storage unit across from the condo where you will find beach chairs (four), shovels, pails, etc. for the beach and where you can store golf clubs, bicycles, etc. The balcony has two tables and six chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch amazing sun rises.

There are two pools and you access the beach by walking thru the pool areas. Enjoy long walks on the beach and have fun collecting seashells. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a wonderful place to spend the day where you will find no shortage of shops and excellent restaurants.
