Brighton apartment description

Spacious and central, newly refurbished one bedroom apartment with private flint walled patio. Set within a grade II listed regency building & square. An ideal base for access to Brighton seafront, all the shops of Western Road can be found a short walk away!

The property has a bright and pretty bedroom with a Georgian Sash window, located to the front of the apartment. Painted in pale turquoise with white accents, with plush carpets and a great feature fireplace.

The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable, located to the rear of the apartment. A great space to relax after your excursions. There is a flatscreen TV with freeview multi channels & DVD player. There is also a double sofa bed to sleep 2 guests.

The glass roofed, conservatory style dining area has a table to seat 4. There is a bright and fresh galley style kitchen, with white units, tiled floor and vibrant green walls. The private, flint walled patio is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, with patio table to seat 4.

There is a newly fitted shower room with wash basin and WC, accessed via the kitchen.

Access Information
Located on the lower ground floor, behind black wrought iron railings and gate. Approached via a private flight of steps to its own front door. The apartment is arranged all on one level.

Parking Information
Nearest car park is the underground NCP car park in Regency Square just around the corner.
There are 3 parking options. Tariff is £12.50 for 24 hours. Evening tariff, from 4pm to 11am, is £10. No special deals for weekly.

Regency Secure Parking, 1 Regency Mews, BN1 2HF. Telephone: 01273 775215. Website: www.regencysecureparking.co.uk. tariff is £12 for 24 hours. Weekends from 1pm Friday to Sunday is £25. The owner will discount for weekly parking or part of a week. Rates depend on the size of the car and have to be negotiated. This carpark is locked at night and is secure. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the flat.

Brighton Secure Parking, 9 Little Preston St, BN1 2HQ. Tel: 0750 199 8831. Website: www.brightonsecureparking.co.uk. The owner is Alan. Tariff for 24 hours is £20 per night Sunday to Thursday and £30 per night Friday and Saturday. Alan will pick customers up at the flat and park the car for them This carpark is also very secure. It is slightly further away but still only 5 minutes walk. Both private carparks have to be booked in advance.
