Newly refurbished, one bed, balcony apartment. Located on the ground floor in a lovely regency building, with oblique seaviews. Situated near the Lansdowne Hotel and just 3 minutes walk from the seafront!

This apartment is a perfect choice for a visit to Brighton & Hove, be it for a romantic weekend getaway for 2 or for a midweek (or longer term) corporate let. The apartment is decorated with a mix of classic & contemporary, with glamorous chandeliers, fabulous feature fireplace and muted lavender accent walls. The impressive proportions of the Regency Era and high vaulted ceilings give the apartment a great feeling of light and space. 4 floor to ceiling sash windows, with original stripped pine shutters, provide access to the curved, regency balcony.

Fully equipped, open plan kitchen/living/dining area, double bedroom located towards the rear of the apartment, separate newly refurbished bathroom and pretty balcony with table and chairs for 2.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, there are about 5 steps up to the front door of the building.

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays, and pay and display bays, are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
