This wonderful, three-story, beach home has all the charm you need to relax and enjoy the pristine beaches of Seagrove and the quaint atmosphere of Scenic 30-A. Located in Majestica (a beachside village), it has a newly finished, commercial-size, community pool, shared by only eight homes. Majestica is a family only community, so you won't be at odds with groups of singles or college students, and they won't be at odds with the kids in the pool.
Our rental season is year round, weekly only from March to October. Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are 5 nights minimum.
It is only 18 feet from the front porch to the beach walkover. It takes less than 1 minute from the front door to the water. Every floor has a large porch with seating for afternoon cocktails, lemonade, morning coffee, or just reading/viewing/family time. Views from the top deck are unobstructed, as there is only a vacant natural landscaped lot between Sundancer and the beach. Please see our link to our web site below to view more photos.
Sundancer has five bedrooms and three and one-half baths. They are arranged as follows:
* First floor: Guest room with queen bed and a full bath right outside bedroom door (sleeps two). Living area and kitchen are also on the first floor. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps two).
* Second floor: large Master suite with king bed, sitting area, private balcony with Adirondacks, second phone line for use with laptop or extra phone, TV, and VCR. Private bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks (sleeps two).
* Bunk Room with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps four). It has a TV and a VCR. Shared bath is directly across the hall.
* Guest room with queen bed, private balcony, TV, and VCR and shared bath just outside door (sleeps two).
* Third floor - Seahorse tower has fantastic views of the Gulf. It has a large deck for entertaining, reading, relaxing, sunning, or family time. The tower room has a Junion Master with a queen bed and a half bath. It also has a wet bar and a small refrigerator, a coffee maker and a TV/DVD.
Altogether, Sundancer can sleep 12 in beds and and has three and one-half baths. It can also sleep 2 in the queen sleeper in the family room.
We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of all guests. We will rent to family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. The total number of persons allowed in the unit at any time is restricted to the stated limit for each property. Absolutely no house parties allowed. This includes weddings, wedding parties and receptions. Any violators will be evicted. Eviction without refund is the penalty.

Why the Owner Chose Majestica Beach
Seagrove is still a peaceful little town located only 2 miles from the resort of Seaside. We've got the best of both. We're in a quiet community with uncrowded beaches, but are close enough to walk to local shops and restaurants. Seagrove is located on scenic hwy 30-A which is only 2 lanes. All high rises are forbidden so crowds on the beach will never be overwhelming.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We provide free beach chairs and umbrellas during your stay. We also provide 2 free DVDs per day. The bike path runs through the front of the property and bike rental companies are nearby to drop off and pick up your bikes.

I simply can't sing enough praises about the Sundancer beach house!! We just returned from a glorious week of fun and sun. Our group included 6 adults and 2 children and it was so spacious and comfortable. All the amenities you could ask for are right at your fingertips! The house is just perfectly located midway between Destin and Panama City. Seaside is just a short stroll away, and don't forget The Red Bar at Grayton Beach, great atmosphere and great food!! We were never at a loss for things to do, or if relaxation was the order for the day, you can find that in abundance! The owners,Deb and Bob, make the whole process very easy and painless. They are great to work with and never mind answering any questions. We met a lot of really nice people, our "neighbors" for the week in our little gated community who I hope we will keep in touch with for a long time. It was a great week with memories galore and I truly hope to be able to return to Sundancer very soon!

The Sundancer was the perfect house for our vacation with grandmother, 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. We were very pleased with everything about the house and location. We enjoyed the bike trail just outside the gated entrance, the pool just steps from the door and the most beautiful beach! We rode bikes to Publix for groceries and walked to Tom Thumb for snacks and redbox movies. There is a bike and kayak rental shop just around the corner.It was so nice to have the 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas set up every morning. The house was awesome! Great layout for a lot of people to be together but still have privacy. Everybody had their own space. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a great house in a great location. The owners, Bob and Deb worked with us in every way and made the entire process wonderful. We made so many precious memories with our mother and our children.

As we often do on VRBO, this was a last minute booking on a Memorial Day long weekend for a group of us out of Atlanta - 5 adults and 2 tweens. The weather was perfect, the beach house was perfect, the location is ideal, the price was right and the beignets at Flip Flops across the street are to die for. The photos and Deb's description are current and spot on. Deb was very quick to respond to my initial VRBO inquiry and quickly got me out of shopping mode and into decision mode. We traded calls and emails as she patiently waited for me to get all the others bought in. Her website for the property was a big help as the photos quickly sold Sundancer to the others. FYI - she doesn't update her calendar because she may know of one of the other homes open. Late night key pick-up at 2 am was simple with Resort Quest's lockbox close by. The instructions Deb sent were spot-on and everything went according to plan. Resort Quest handles the cleaning and any issues (suggestion to RQ - upgrade to Charmin - a $$$ home deserves better than discount toilet paper). The bedroom situation was perfect with no one needing to sleep on the pull-out and a couple of bunks to spare. We did what we always do on 30A... early in the morning join the large number of runners. walkers and cyclists on the 17 mile long bike path for some exercise. Quick dip in the pool that's 15 steps away to cool off... stroll across the street to Flip Flops for coffee and beignets. Afternoons it's on the private beach all day long soaking up rays, playing in the waves and reading. Really appreciated the complimentary umbrellas and chairs.. nice touch.. saves a hassle and saves your skin. DO NOT bring glass to the beach - $25 fine per item. DO tip Tony the chair boy. Another quick dip in the pool to wash off the sand and salt then on to sunset Happy Hour at Bud & Alleys (or a little wine and cheese on the 3rd floor deck), followed by dinner at Red Bar (or at home with steamed shrimp with red potatoes and corn on the cob from Goatfeathers II which is only 1 block away -don't forget that they close at 6 pm). Then up to the 3rd floor deck to check out the stars. Sleep like a baby. Rinse. Repeat. Other activities? I'm sure there are plenty but why work that hard? Shop maybe Bottom-line - big, roomy, comfortable beach house with warm coastal living decor in a great little gated community on the beach. Hopefully the owner of the vacant lot between Sundancer and the beach never builds.

Thanks Deb and Bob for a fabulous stay at the Sundancer!! After 7 nights at your place I still wasn't ready to leave...I can't wait to come back. The boys loved the 'big water' and pool so close and also the stairs in the house. We really enjoyed lounging on the chairs out on the decks during the evenings and during nap times. I doubt we wille ever go anywhere else now. Thanks again, the house is in a fabulous location.

We spent 7 glorious days with our entire family at Sundancer. The beaches were beautiful (no oil) and the house was fantastic. We were there from 6/26/10 to 7/3/10.
