NEW DESIGNER KITCHEN!! Beautiful and spacious three bedroom, three bath end-unit two-story townhouse (2,200 sq ft) overlooking the 7th green on the famed East Course of Sawgrass Country Club. Gorgeous water to golf views from all main living areas and master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood with semi-private community pool and walk to beach! New kitchen just completed with maple cabinets, quartz counter tops and high-end Kenmore appliances. In addition, everything on the main level is new, including two living room recliner sofas, dining room table and chairs, patio set with table and six chairs, comfortable rocking screened lanai chair and loveseat with ottoman, queen guest bedroom and carpet as well as window treatments through out the townhouse. All other furniture and bedding has been replaced in 2006. Total exterior renovation just completed as well, including windows, stucco, painting, sidewalks and repaving. I urge you to my reviews from recent tenants, many of whom are returning guests.
A central Sawgrass location within walking distance to all the club facilities, including the newly renovated Beach Club with Oceanside adults only pool and Olympic-sized family pool along with fabulous casual and formal dining, the Racquet Club with 13 Har-Tru tennis courts and the Fitness Center which is undergoing $2.5M renovation which will be completed in 2012 with a full range of equipment, exercise pools, lockers and showers to accommodate any workout routine.
Living room features two reclining sofas and two side chairs. Dining room has glass table with upholstered seating for six plus a breakfast bar for two. Lanai and deck have seating for six to eight with gas grill. Master bedroom features king bed, large walk-in closet, sitting area balcony with water to golf views. Upper level guest bedroom features two twin beds. Loft area on upper level with a sleeper sofa and a second sofa for ample seating. Main level guest bedroom features queen bed. Cable TV in all bedrooms, loft and living room (big screen). High speed wireless internet is available for use at no additional charge. Main living area has tile flooring and the loft and bedrooms have carpeting. All three bathrooms feature full sink with vanity and shower/tub combination with new valves.
Very 'kid-friendly' with separate play area in loft which is stocked with 40 video games and 70 movies. End unit with nice side yard and open space across parking lot for outside play and easy access to sidewalk for walking your dog. Pets negotiable.

My family enjoyed our stay last summer. The rental was immaculate, convenient (golf, beach, shopping), and provided all the conveniences of a home away from home. The owner and property management staff were very professional and responsive. This is a great property. We could walk to the beach which was only a half mile away on beautiful paths. The ability to have access to the amenities of the Sawgrass Club by upgrading the membership made it possible for golf outings with an almost 90 year old in the cart. It was a wonderful weekend and the space was very accommodating. We hope to come back later in the year. I would recommend this unit with the proviso that anyone going there bring bottled water to any place they visit in Ponte Vedra, not just this unit. This was a great space to gather with our family. Thank you so much for allowing us to visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I and two other couples shared this condo for 4 nights. One couple is older and unable to handle stairs, which worked out great since there is a bedroom/bath on the first level. Each of the other couples had their own bedroom/bath on the second level, which were very private from the other. The kitchen was the best appointed kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. Also, the kitchen/dining/outside deck were great size for the 6 of us. The outside deck is a great place to sit in the evening and watch the golfers approach the 7th green. There is also plenty of parking near the condo. The condo has a great location, with grocery and restaurants within 1-2 miles and is an easy 30-40 min. drive down A1A to St. Augustine. Thanks for sharing your home with us!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo & we love it!! Every October my tennis team-mates & I participate in a local tournament called the SenioRitas (RITA standing for Research Is The Answer, for breast cancer...the senior speaks for itself!) The courts are a 2 minute walk from the condo. It is roomy..8 senior women all comfortable. 3 bathrooms is a must & they are there!. The kitchen is up to date, and the furniture is very nice. It is a corner unit with a screened patio & an outside grilling area with a table & chairs. I can't say enough good things..families, girl trips, guys outing..it would work for all!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 weeks while he was having medical treatments at Florida Proton in Jacksonville. I was first attracted to photos of the property because it looked comfortable and homey, and we were not disappointed in that regard. The location is great -- close to grocery stores and restaurants. It has a pretty view of the golf course and there are nice trails for walking or riding bikes. The fact that the property is pet-friendly was a huge bonus!. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but, for the most part, they were quickly addressed. We would not hesitate to stay here again, nor would we hesitate to recommend the property to friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first visit to Ponte Vedra Beach and will not be our last. The community of Sawgrass is an absolutely beautiful, well-kept community and this townhome was updated and very well cared for. It accomodated our family of 7 very comfortably. My husband and his father enjoyed golfing at several of the nearby golf courses, including Sawgrass. My mother-in-law and I enjoyed walking early in the mornings throughout the community and enjoying the gorgeous scenery and peace and quiet. Our children enjoyed the beach and the pool that is within walking distance of this lovely townhome. We plan on making Ponte Vedra Beach our new yearly vacation spot and hope that it works with our schedule to stay in this townhome again. Truely a home away from home. My husband, my mother (82) and I have stayed at this location for the past three years (January & February). The split floor plan gives my mother a downstairs bedroom and me and my husband our privacy upstairs. The condo is more adequately equipped, every room, and is soooo comfortable. The owners are consistently upgrading the interior with new things (furniture, wi-fi, etc.). It is a great surprise to stay each year as there are always surprises in that area. I would have no hesitation recommending this condo to anyone for a short week's vacation (the location is superior, with the beach a short walk and the golf course out your backdoor) or for an extended stay as we get to enjoy each year. No one would ever be disappointed in this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Because of my husband's job, our family had the privilege of staying in this beautiful town home for 5 weeks!! (My husband stayed longer but I had to get back to Atlanta for the start of our children's school. Boy, was I sad to have to go back to reality!) A typical day would include going to the beach, biking around the beautiful landscapes of Sawgrass while seeing all kinds of wildlife - lizards, cranes, 'jumpy fish' (a term our 4 year old came up with), alligators and an armadillo or two. Also, we enjoyed walking to the pool or beach after dinner, and my 4 and 1 year old enjoyed the playground right across the street. The kitchen is impeccable, beautiful cabinetry and countertops. We loved the option of the screen porch or lanai for outdoor dining of course, depending on the weather. Great restaurants are only minutes away if you don't feel like cooking. My husband loved the golf which includes a putting green. I really can't say enough about this condo. End unit, more than plenty of room, covered entrance to leave your sandy shoes and/or beach toys and spacious laundry room. We have memories for a lifetime and because of our experience, we have decided to make this our beach destination every summer. It really has everything you could ask for.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Ponte Vedra Beach:
We have family in the Jacksonville area, so we plan to retire here. We fell in love with Sawgrass due to the impeccable amenities of the Beach Club, Racquet Club and Fitness Center. We bought this vacation home because of it's central Sawgrass location. In addition, we needed three bedrooms and three baths, but really fell in love with the layout of this townhouse with an upstairs loft which provides for a second living area. We have completely renovated the kitchen in anticipation of our eventual retirement move here and we have decorated this as our own vacation home, so you will find it very cozy and comfortable just like your home.
