NEW DESIGNER KITCHEN!! Beautiful and spacious three bedroom, three bath end-unit two-story townhouse (2,200 sq ft) overlooking the 7th green on the famed East Course of Sawgrass Country Club. Gorgeous water to golf views from all main living areas and master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood with semi-private community pool and walk to beach! New kitchen just completed with Maple cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops and high-end Kenmore appliances. In addition, there is also new window treatments throughout the unit, new carpeting and queen bedroom set on the main level. In addition, most furniture and bedding has been replaced in 2006. Total exterior renovation just completed as well, including windows, stucco, painting, sidewalks and repaving.

A central Sawgrass location within walking distance to all the club facilities, including the newly renovated Beach Club with Oceanside adults only pool and Olympic-sized family pool along with fabulous casual and formal dining, the Racquet Club with 13 Har-Tru tennis courts and the Fitness Center with a full range of equipment to accommodate any workout routine.

Living room features a sofa, two overstuffed chairs and two side chairs. Dining room has table seating for six plus a breakfast bar for two. Lanai and deck have seating for six to eight. Master bedroom features king bed, large walk-in closet, sitting area balcony with water to golf views. Upper level guest bedroom features two twin beds. Loft area on upper level with a sleeper sofa and a second sofa for ample seating. Main level guest bedroom features queen bed. Cable TV in all bedrooms, loft and living room. High speed internet available upon request with additional charge. Main living area has tile flooring and the loft and bedrooms have carpeting. All three bathrooms feature full sink with vanity and shower/tub combination with new valves.

Very "kid-friendly" with separate play area in loft which is stocked with 40 video games and 70 movies. End unit has side yard and open space across parking lot for outside play and easy access to sidewalk for walking your dog. Pets negotiable.

Why the Owner Chose Ponte Vedra Beach

We have family in the Jacksonville area, so we plan to retire here. We fell in love with Sawgrass due to the impeccable amenities of the Beach Club, Tennis Center and Fitness Centers. We bought this vacation home because of it's central Sawgrass location. In addition, we needed three bedrooms and three baths, but really fell in love with the layout of this townhouse with an upstairs loft which provides for a second living area. We have completely renovated the kitchen in anticipation of our eventual retirement move here and we have decorated this as our own vacation home, so you will find it very cozy and comfortable just like your home.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse

We love riding bikes, long walks on the beach searching for sea shells and shark teeth, sun bathing and swimming, fishing, playing golf, playing tennis, dining out, especially at the Sawgrass Beach Club, shopping and visiting St. Augustine and the Jacksonville Riverfront.

    • We lucked into this condo and how lucky for us. The beach is a mere 10 minutes, lots of nice restaurants, shopping, etc. close. The condo is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is more than adequately equipped. There were three adults for six weeks, and the layout of the condo was perfect for this, having the master bedroom upstairs with one guest room downstairs. We enjoyed the condo and location so much, we have rebooked for next year.

    • This townhome has been the perfect temporary location (2 months) for us as we relocate to Jacksonville. The house is perfectly laid out for the three adults and two toddlers in our group (two parents, a nanny and our children) and we have not felt cramped even with 3 additional out of town guests for a long weekend. The house is very nicely decorated and the area is just beautiful - the beach is a 10 minute walk from the unit and the private pool is 5 minutes walk up the road. There is plenty of grocery/Target shopping a quick drive away and several very nice restaurants in the area. We enjoy sitting in the enclosed lanai or on the balcony off of the master bedroom and watching the sunset over the pond in the back of the townhouse. We highly recommend this unit for a relaxing vacation!

    • This is a very comfortable townhouse. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen has been remodeled and has new appliances. It does lack sharp knives and some other basic kitchen utensiles. Some of the teflon pans are pretty scratched and should be replaced. A trip to Target or Wal Mart could rectify this. Sawgrass Golf course is a great challange but lots of fun to play. The people in the area are all very friendly and the Fresh Market across A1A is wonderful.

      New pots and pans, knives and utensils have been purchased. Tenant has already rebooked for twice as long in 2009, so they are voting with their pocketbook!

    • We enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It is spacious, well furnished, and suitable for casual living and entertaining. As an end unit, it is quiet and we heard no noise from other units. The kitchen is newly furnished as are several of the rooms. We have visited in Sawgrass several times, and it is our favorite spot in Florida. The grounds of the country club are beautifully landscaped, similar to Georgia in vegetation, and well maintained. The staff are quite friendly, regardless of your length of stay. The Sawgrass CC courses are excellent and reasonably priced.
