The largest floor plan at Waipouli, our 2 bedroom condominium offers 1475 square with 2 queen beds in one room and a King bed in the other!. Conveniently located adjacent to the main lobby this ground floor unit eliminates the use of elevators and long walks down corridors. Step outside the lanai and have immediate access to the lazy river pool. The unit has been decorated by a top on island designer with quality island style furnishings. Each bedroom is designed as a master suite including 2 Heavenly King beds with luxury linens. Each room in epuiped with a flat screen LCD TV.
Each unit offers Indinesian hardwood base moldings, Peruvian travertine floors, with Sub zero and Wolf appliances. We offer Central Air Conditioning with built in humidifier, full size stacked washer and dryer, along with ceiling fans for those of you who choose the fresh air with the sounds of nature.
The Resort and Spa amenities include a two acre heated saltwater lazy-river pool, featuring two waterslides, three water falls, one cave, three sand bottom whirlpool spas plus a child friendly sand bottom pool area. We just took our first family vacation with our 4 month old baby. It is a perfect spot for families with little ones. The condo was wonderful and the pool was fantatasic! We will be back! Josh was fantastic to work with as well!

Everything you could want for a fun, comfortable, conveniently located family vacation. The appliances were a bit high tech for me, but with some coaching got the hang of it. Extremely clean. Very quiet! a huge surprise sence it's the first door off the lobby on the bottom floor, close to security and the parking lot. The staff was frienly and helpful. Open the slider and you're at the pool. A 24 hr. Safeway across the street. Central to everything. The pool area was awesome. The beach wasn't crouded, even had a Hawaiian Monk Seal out there on the beach one day. The bathrooms were unreal. The water pressure amazed me, filling a giant jacuzzi tub in no time flat. The washer/dryer and dish washer were so quiet we could turn them on and go to bed. There's way more room in the unit than you'll need. We usually stay in cottages in outlying areas to get the peace we like, but stayed here for our grandkids. We liked it so much, we'd do it again, even if they weren't with us. Quick trip to the airport, but can't here the planes at all from the unit. I had read a bad review of this place, but after our stay can only conclude some people aren't happy with anything. I, a known pessimist, was VERY happy with it. We're lucky we found it, after having a reservation fall through, at the last minute, with a BIG vacation management company on another rental on the north end of the island. Josh was great and saved the day. My only regret is I didn't get to meet him.

To celebrate my granddaughters 12th birthday we went to Hawaii and stayed in unit D104. It was a marvelous unit and in a great location. I am planning a return visit in February 2011

We had a great stay. D104 is in a very convenient location. The unit is very large, and all the appliances top of the line. The Waipouli Beach Resort is a beautiful complex. We really enjoyed the pool area. We would highly recommend this rental.
