There are two bathrooms (NO BATHTUBS)ONLY SHOWERS downstairs and one-half bathroom upstairs. There are HAIR dryers in each of the 2 full size bathrooms. Two full-size beds in downstairs bedroom with full size private bathroom and a full-size bed in the upstairs bedroom WITH easy ACCESS TO ONE HALF BATH. The kitchen is fully equipped has a beautiful view of the ocean while you are cooking has a (microwave, stainless steel glass top stove, refrigerator)along with a glass top snack bar w 3 bar stools and a formal dinning area .
Three pools on the property..CHILDS POOL HAS A SPA FOR MOM TO RELAX IN WHILE WATCHING THE CHILDREN, HUGE FAMILY POOL with a snack bar on the side for cocktails and food..LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS THE LARGE ADULT FRIENDLY POOL WITH 3 ATTACHED SPAS OVER LOOKING THE OCEAN FOR THAT ROMANTIC EVENING OF COCKTAILS AND RELAXATION....Life guard on duty for beach and pool....24 HOUR security guards at main gate and on property. Condominium management office on property. Grocery store on property. Maid service is provided.
Side trips can be taken to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum, Akumal, and Chich'en itz'a. Buses will take you anywhere in the city for less than $1.00. Buses come by every few minutes on Kukulcan Boulevard at the largest mall in Cancun, right in front of Villas Marlin, a five-minute walk takes you to Cancun's newest beautiful venetian style mall.
