Welcome to our home. This newly remodeled, 1900-square-foot, ranch home is yours to rent. Complete with 20-inch tile in the main living area, new carpeting in the bedrooms, and 13-inch tile in the 28-foot sunroom and 12-foot office.
We are located exactly 11 minutes from the Regional Southwest Airport in Fort Myers. Located in historic San Carlos Park, our home sits on two lots giving you a panoramic view of the seventh fairway and green, as well as the eighth tee. Never a dull moment as you sit in the sunroom, enjoying fresh fruit from our trees while watching the sun rise over the course.
We have a full, 28-foot, private, heated pool and a separate private jacuzzi, all contained in our very spacious screened lanai.
There are two guest rooms, one 12-foot by ten-foot bedroom having twin beds with TV/VCR, and one 14-foot by 13-foot bedroom having a queen-size bed with TV/cable. The master bedroom, 17 foot by 12 foot, has a king-size bed with a private full-size bathroom and cable TV. The main living area has a large entertainment center with 46 inch large screen TV, DVD, and stereo. A full dining room with breakfast area and a fully-equipped kitchen is at your fingertips. There is wireless available for laptops and an office area for those who need to do "very little work" while looking over the golf course. Full laundry service, washer and dryer, are available for your use.
Open golf is available at the San Carlos Golf Club, tee times are required. This PGA qualifying course will challenge the par golfer and be very enjoyable to the high handicapper. For those guests who would rather shop, we are only six miles from the largest open-air mall in Florida. Coconut Point, newly opened, will be a buying experience. Not far from the mall are the Miromar Outlets, with many of your favorite stores and of course, there is always Naples for the ultimate in shopping.
For those who enjoy shelling and the beach, we are located 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Lovers Key. This is some of the best shelling you will ever experience and you will also view some of the most fantastic sunsets ever seen.
For night life we are only 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, ten minutes from Fort Myers, and 30 minutes from Naples.
