We just added more toys! We now have outdoor horseshoes, sand volleyball court, tetherball, lasso golf, and electronic pop-a-shot basketball! On the downstairs deck, we added a shuffleboard/bowling table.

Thirteen acres of tranquil seclusion planned with fun in mind. Wall-to-wall entertainment coupled with absolute privacy make this the perfect mountain retreat. Buy your groceries and favorite libations and disappear. This newly constructed cabin sits on 7.25 acres in a gated subdivision. We also own the lot next door of 5.5 acres. Presently, there are only three other cabins in this community. You can sit by the fireplace or ski in the winter, watch the leaves turn in fall, fish or water ski on Douglas Lake in the summer, and watch the flowers bloom in spring. For NASCAR fans, Bristol Speedway is 90 miles northeast.

It is easily accessible from Interstate 40. Exits 435/440/443 get you there in 20 minutes. Great flights are available from Tyson-McGhee Airport in Knoxville- only 45 minutes away!

Just for Kix is 20 miles from downtown Sevierville or Pigeon Forge, 25 miles from Gatlinburg. These cities are known for their fabulous shopping, shows, arcades, miniature golf, and go-kart tracks!

Bring your boat, your four-wheelers, and motorcycles. We have lots of acres to discover and plenty of parking space!

  • Pet Friendly: Up to two small dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee for each. Please do not allow pets to sleep on furniture.
  • Handicapped Accessible: There are only three steps to the main floor. We do not have handrails inside.
  • Kid Friendly: The cabin is packed with toys for kids of all ages.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 25 to rent the cabin.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, but is allowed on the decks.
