A three day weekend this time of year in Hot Springs and on Lake Hamilton will refresh your world. The lake level goes down somewhat in the winter, but look for it to be back to normal in mid March.
This is a luxury three bedroom unit located in the heart of Lake Hamilton's prime real estate. Stoneridge Condominium on Long Island Drive has all the amenities you would expect plus the convenient location you will appreciate. Long Island IS an island right in the middle of activity central on Lake Hamilton. If you like Fisherman's Wharf restaurant, Stoneridge is right across the channel! This unit's gourmet kitchen has new stainess steel appliances and granite counter tops. The Keurig Coffee Maker helps in the morning. The complimentary wine helps in the evening.
The master suite has a highline king size mattress on a platform bed frame. HDTV with DVD player. The walk in closet is off the large bathroom. There is a granite double vanity and separate shower and a whirlpool area for your relaxation.
Both guest bedrooms have King size beds and HDTV with DVD players. The guest bath has a five foot shower and a large onyx vanity top.
This condo has it's own laundry room with everything you need.
Bring your laptop if you have that addiction because WIFI is here for you. DSL connection is secure and password is provided. Printer/fax/scanner/copier is available for use if needed.
NO STEPS to this unit, so it's easy access. Park your car in front and walk right into your vacation condo.
Stoneridge Condominiums has a security gate and my front door has a keyless entry system. Each tenant is assigned their own door code. No keys to worry about.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy your "off" time or socialize with your friends. The condo is beautiful and has a comfortable upbeat feeling. It's perfect for one couple (special one couple pricing), or up to six people on vacation together. All art pieces were chosen specifically for this condo.
Your own covered boatstall and deep water are just in front of the unit. Stoneridge has all the amenities: pool with hot tub, sauna in both the ladies and mens bath by clubhouse. Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
Originally purchased for my residence. This condo has been totally renovated and has just the "feel" that I wanted for it. It's the best place, Rain or shine! In fact, if it does rain during your vacation, you'll be glad your here and not somewhere else! It's such a cozy place to just hang in and let the weather do whatever. The fireplace adds to the wonderful ambience of this condo in the winter months. The condo is loaded with artwork from local downtown galleries.
The Blue Moon Gallery and Crystal Springs Gallery are two of my personal favorites. I highly reccommend checking them ALL out! Artists around here are definitely stepping up their game. I just purchased a great glass mosiac from Blue Moon Gallery.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The minute you step into this place, it has an upbeat, cheerful feel. Lots of color, gallery artwork and loaded with interesting items. The unique floor plan makes it much more like a house than a condo. Nothing boxy about Stoneridge. The views from the living/dining/kitchen area are wonderful as well as the views from the Master bedroom. This is truly the best of Lake Hamilton.

Sally, Mike & I totally enjoyed our recent 11 day stay at your beautiful condo on Lake Hamilton. We have been coming to Hot Springs for the past 15 years to attend the annual Miss Arkansas Pageant. During this time, we have stayed at many nice hotels and private condos, but NONE comes close to your home. From the moment we opened the door, we felt like we were in a 5 Star Hotel. The condo is perfection throughout; we could not have asked or wanted more for our stay. You are a perfect host and thank you for helping find accommodations for last minute guest. It was greatly appreciated. I recommend that everyone reading this review call you about your condo if they are considering a trip tp Hot Springs. They will NOT be disappointed. Sally, what a wonderful time we had while we were in Hot Springs!! The condo was even better than I imagined, and we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. We appreciated all of your special touches, and having everything a person might need (or forget to bring). The location was perfect and the setting so relaxing (and I am not an easy person to relax!) Most of all, we thank you for allowing us to bring our 2 best canine friends, Hannah & Sasha, who loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the birds, geese, and boats. Looking forward to our next trip down.............it was 32 degrees when we got home today :-( Nice meeting you and thank you so much........Connie

Sally: Our family was so very impressed with your condo. It was beautifully decorated and afforded every amenity imaginable. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the soft leather sofa in the living room. Your condo was equipped with just about everything one could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. Your condo afforded us a restful and fun retreat that our family will long remember. Thank you for your quick response to all our inquiries. It was a pleasure renting from you. We would love to return in the fall when the leaves are changing color. I know the view will be awesome. Sally, just wanted to write a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed the condo...It was our first time in Hot Springs so having the condo centrally located was really nice...Condo itself was nicely decorated and we enjoyed being able to cook some home cooked dinners a few nights like the fresh fish that we caught...Kitchen was well stocked....Bed's were extremely comfortable and in fact would like to know where you got the pillows for the master bedroom so we could get some for our own home!!! Would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends...Thanks again...

Years ago we always stayed at the Arlington or Majestic but they have simply fallen or hard times. Was a little skeptical about staying on Lake Hamilton. Will never stay anywhere else when going to the races. The Condo was decorated fabulously and very comfortable. A storm came through and we watched it from the deck of the condo. Looks right over the water. Great place.
