Both guest bedrooms have King size beds and HDTV with DVD players. The guest bath has a five foot shower and a large onyx vanity top. There are more than enough fresh bath towels plus pool/lake towels for your use.
This condo has it's own laundry room with everything you need. The only thing not provided is....the memories that you make while you're here.
Bring your laptop if you have that addiction because WIFI is here for you. DSL connection is secure and password is provided.
NO STEPS to this unit, so it's easy access. Park your car in front and walk right into your vacation condo.
Stoneridge Condominiums has a security gate and my front door has a keyless entry system. Each guest is assigned their own door code. No keys to worry about.

This is not your ordinary run of the mill condo. What sets this one apart from others are the decorations and furnishings. First rate all the way and easily one of the most beautifully decorated condos ever seen. The owner, Sally, should be extreemly proud of what she has done to make this rental a few cuts above the norm. Absolutely gorgeous and highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This was the fifth spring time visit my mother, friend and myself have made to this luxurious condo. We base our trip to Hot Springs on it's availibility-that's how much we like everything about this home. Sally is always a pleasure to work with and we always know it will be clean and maintained to a very high standard.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My sisters and I always have a fantastic time at this condo, such a wonderful experience with the owner. We all feel right at home. This is our fourth time to stay at Sally's condo at Stoneridge. We have satyed at this condo for the last two years. It is a great Condo with everything you would need for a fun and comfortable stay. We shared it with our grown children and 2 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and loved the beautiful veiw of the lake. The condo is large and very well maintained. It is convienent to everything. Sally was gracious enough to let us include our little dog, Sally is always very helpful when you have any questions. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends. We would very much like to stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Pictures don't do this property justice. The place is beautiful. Loved sitting on balcony and watching boats go by. Just 2 minutes from restuarants and shopping. Will definatly stay here again. Very clean and lots of space.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We had a great trip. The Condo was beautiful and extremely large for a three bedroom. The location and view were perfect as well. This condo even has a boatslip. The only negative was the lack of a boat ramp, but there were several available in the area. Excellent Property and location. Easy pull up and load/unload. King size beds in each BR gave us plenty of space. Many amenities, and gorgeous bathrooms. Extra touch for sure. Boat slip included, but a little difficult to walk down to the dock from 3 stories up.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
Owner response: It has been pretty hot this summer. Ground level is two flights down. The good news is that from the parking lot into the condo, there are no stairs. It's hard to have it both ways! But, I'm glad that you enjoyed your visit and what a bargain shopper.

CONDOMINIUM RENTAL INFORMATION: 1. CHECK-IN TIME. Check-in begins NO EARLIER THAN 3:30 pm on the arrival date. This is a self check in, just show up any time after 3:30 pm and use your security code on the front door. Your assigned code is . 2. CHECK-OUT TIME. Check-out is NO LATER than 10:30 a.m. on the departure date. Please call immediately if you are running late, 501-538-5402. Upon vacating the premises, please set the a/c to normal temperature. Please leave pool and regular towels in the laundry room. If you have time, it’s always appreciated if you wash towels and throw into dryer. Clean dry towels in the dryer helps housekeeping more than you could know. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT. Tenant agrees to be responsible for all damages that are caused by the Tenant and within Tenant’s control of the Property, its contents, and grounds during the tenancy period. If there are problems with the unit as a result of Tenant’s actions or inactions, a full accounting will be made to Tenant, and an amount necessary to cover the problems will be billed to the Tenant. This includes pet damage. 4. COMMON USE AREA: A built in charcoal grill is located by the conference room/clubhouse in the pool/hot tub area. There are several moveable charcoal grills for your use. Please make yourself at home. There is a Webber propane grill on my patio. 5. OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of adult occupants allowed to reside in the property is six (6). Maximum number of total occupants is six (6). OVERCROWDING OR MISREPRESENTATION IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.. 6. RESTRICTIONS ON PROPERTY USE. Owner does not rent to individuals under 25 years of age, and reserves the right to require official picture identification showing date of birth. 7. PETS. Small housebroken housedogs allowed with prior approval. 8. SMOKING PROHIBITED. The property is a “NO SMOKING” unit. Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and any other form of inhaled substance. Feel free to relax and smoke on the patio. I am a non smoker, so please, do not smoke inside my condo. 9. PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS. Tenant/occupants are solely responsible for personal property left in or about the property, and Owner shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages to, or loss of any property. Contact me immediately if you left something and I will get it back to you. 10. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS. Please notify me immediately if you must cancel your reservation. Full refunds (minus $50.00 booking fee) are given with two month cancellation notice. Changes in reservations can usually be accommodated. Check with me as soon as possible if you need to change your vacation dates. 11. LIMITATIONS ON RENTAL. Owner will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, appliances or air conditioning failure or other mechanical failure, unfavorable weather, disruption of utility services including cable television, any television/DVD/stereo defects, etc. There will be no relocation, rental rate pro-ration or refund in the event of such circumstance, or for displeasure with unit or surroundings. In the event Owner is unable to deliver said Property to Tenant under the Agreement because of property sale, property fire, mandatory evacuation, eminent domain, faulty maintenance, or “Act of Nature”, or if the property in unavailable because of construction delays or because of lack of utilities, Tenant agrees that Owner’s sole liability, as a result of any of these conditions, will be limited to full refund of all payments tendered by Tenant. 12. INDEMNIFICATION. Tenant agrees to release and indemnify Owner from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of occupancy, resulting from any cause whatsoever, except in the case of personal injury caused by willful gross negligence on the part of the Owner. 13. OWNER CHANGES. Every effort is made to ensure all information on our website is accurate and complete. Owner is not liable for typographical errors, omissions or price changes. Furniture, equipment and bedding to be as depicted in website ad photos and written description. Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs:
Originally purchased for my residence. This condo has been totally renovated and has just the 'feel' that I wanted for it. It's the best place, Rain or shine! In fact, if it does rain during your vacation, you'll be glad your here and not somewhere else! It's such a cozy place to just hang in and let the weather do whatever. The fireplace adds to the wonderful ambience of this condo in the winter months. The condo is loaded with artwork from local downtown galleries.
The Blue Moon Gallery and Crystal Springs Gallery are two of my personal favorites. I highly reccommend checking them ALL out! Artists around here are definitely stepping up their game. I just purchased a great glass mosiac from Blue Moon Gallery.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The minute you step into this place, it has an upbeat, cheerful feel. Lots of color, gallery artwork and loaded with interesting items. The unique floor plan makes it much more like a house than a condo. Nothing boxy about Stoneridge. The views from the living/dining/kitchen area are wonderful as well as the views from the Master bedroom. This is truly the best of Lake Hamilton.
