This condo was very nice. Well decorated with lots of art. Comfortable and homey. Description in listing is accurate. Owner was very friendly and accomodating. Great location, close to all resteraunts and conveniences. I recommend this rental and would rent again.

Six of us enjoyed the space of 3 bedrooms with king beds and t.v.s. Was supplied with absolutely everything we needed. Conveniently located to marina, restaurants and Hot Springs. Only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were closed but will open in May with new paint.

Hot Springs pools are never opened that early as we are usually not blessed with that kind of weather until late April or even early May. FYI....It's 55 Degrees and raining today...Yikes.

INCREDIBLE SHOW PLACE HOME ON LAKE!!!

This place is breath taking! Pictures do not begin to serve justice to this artistically designed home! The detail and color schemes are beautiful. The furnishings are high fashion and artistically whimsical. Amenities are of the highest quality...........with a view of Lake Hamilton that is awesome. Look no further if you want to have a quite retreat within minutes of the entertainment area of Hot Springs.....Greatly under priced for the value!

Sally, Mike & I totally enjoyed our recent 11 day stay at your beautiful condo on Lake Hamilton. We have been coming to Hot Springs for the past 15 years to attend the annual Miss Arkansas Pageant. During this time, we have stayed at many nice hotels and private condos, but NONE comes close to your home. From the moment we opened the door, we felt like we were in a 5 Star Hotel. The condo is perfection throughout; we could not have asked or wanted more for our stay. You are a perfect host and thank you for helping find accommodations for last minute guest. It was greatly appreciated. I recommend that everyone reading this review call you about your condo if they are considering a trip tp Hot Springs. They will NOT be disappointed. We are looking forward to next year and will be making our reservations as soon as the dates for Miss Arkansas 2012 have been confirmed. Donna & Mike Berry Date: July 19, 2011

Sally, what a wonderful time we had while we were in Hot Springs!! The condo was even better than I imagined, and we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. We appreciated all of your special touches, and having everything a person might need (or forget to bring). The location was perfect and the setting so relaxing (and I am not an easy person to relax!) Most of all, we thank you for allowing us to bring our 2 best canine friends, Hannah & Sasha, who loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the birds, geese, and boats. Looking forward to our next trip down.............it was 32 degrees when we got home today :-( Nice meeting you and thank you so much........Connie

Sally: Our family was so very impressed with your condo. It was beautifully decorated and afforded every amenity imaginable. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the soft leather sofa in the living room. Your condo was equipped with just about everything one could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. Your condo afforded us a restful and fun retreat that our family will long remember. Thank you for your quick response to all our inquiries. It was a pleasure renting from you. We would love to return in the fall when the leaves are changing color. I know the view will be awesome. Thanks again for everything!!

Sally, just wanted to write a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed the condo...It was our first time in Hot Springs so having the condo centrally located was really nice...Condo itself was nicely decorated and we enjoyed being able to cook some home cooked dinners a few nights like the fresh fish that we caught...Kitchen was well stocked....Bed's were extremely comfortable and in fact would like to know where you got the pillows for the master bedroom so we could get some for our own home!!! Would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends...Thanks again...

Awesome - No Reason to Consider Another

Years ago we always stayed at the Arlington or Majestic but they have simply fallen or hard times. Was a little skeptical about staying on Lake Hamilton. Will never stay anywhere else when going to the races. The Condo was decorated fabulously and very comfortable. A storm came through and we watched it from the deck of the condo. Looks right over the water. Great place.

WOW!!! We had such a wonderful stay, best place on the lake to stay, awesome views, really great place with wonderful furnishing and great beds to sleep on. Everything you could possibly want or need is there. This is truly a vacation home!!! You will never want to leave, you will definately come back here!! We will see you next year. My husband and I just spent 5 nights at this property. What a wonderful experience! The furnishings, bedding and kitchen ware were 1st class. We had a great time. What beautiful views! The use of mirrors really enhanced the lake setting. We were able to rent a boat, buy organic foods at Kroger, and really enjoyed Chef Paul's restaurant. Everything was very close. We usually stay at the Embassy while in Hot Springs, but never again if this residence is available. There is nothing any discriminating renter would ever want. It has it ALL! My wife and I recently took our 11 year old daughter and 3 other children for a wonderful 10 day stay. We enjoyed all the lake and city had to offer but could not wait to return to the luxury of Ms. Adams Condo! MS. ADAMS AND HER CONDO ARE FABULOUS!

My wife and our 2 children (13 and 17) spent a wonderful week at this property during summer 2007. It truly is a home away from home. The location is absolutely fabulous and the condo was well-appointed and spacious. We appreciated having full access to a boat stall allowing us to bring our boat along and the deck at the pool was great for get-togethers and BBQ's. From the living room window we had an absolutely spectacular view of Lake Hamilton! This vacation was the best our family has taken. We look forward to returning to this fabulous location in what proved to be a magnificent city. I have already recommended this property to several others. I will definitely choose this condo the next time I visit Hot Springs!! Thank you to Ms. Adams for sharing her home with us.

My wife and 18 month old little girl stayed in this condo for a month and had an absolutely wonderful time. Great location, very, very comfortable condo with top of the line furniture and amenities. As nice of a landlord as you can find. We will definitely be staying here again. I would reccomend to anyone, as long as it does not take it away on the calendar when I hope to rent it!!!
