We have more square footage than other two-bedroom units, higher ceilings, a larger patio area, a small, private dipping pool and the best of all, we can walk right out to the pool/beach without ever waiting for an elevator.

We rented their condo from Jan 15-22. DO not hesitate, as it is even more then described. It truely is a "small piece of paradise"! Any and all quesitons were answered immediatlyand our depost was refunded the day after we came home. We will be going back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife and I just returned from spending a week in this beautiful condo. Having your privare swimming pool is the only way to go. Not to mention your private hot tub on the same patio as the pool. The condo is furnished with excellent taste. I highly recommend this condo and the owners. If you are unsure or uneasy about renting DON"T BE, these owners are on the up and up, they do all they can to make your stay was wonderful as possible. We will return.

I rented this unit a few years back. It was awesome for our family with small children. Having a private yard, dipping pool and whirlpool tub was so cool. Being on the ground floor just 20 steps from the pool deck and snack bar is extremely convenient too. It was nice to go in and out for drinks and to use the bathrooms. Having so much space in the unit was also a huge advantage over a hotel room. The transaction with the owners went as promised, and the deposit was returned very quickly after we got home. This iunit is great for every family, and especially convenient for the elderly and/or handicapped due to it's ground floor location close to the lobby and parking. I will be back hopefully.

I have stayed in this condo 3 separate times for 1 week each. All 3 times the owner had done everything as expected and the condo has been absolutely wonderful. Nothing beats the ground floor for convenience. The private pool is great for a quick dip to cool down.
