Just completed, this custom home was designed specifically to capture the simultaneous expansive views of both the Yellowstone River and the Absaroka Mountain Range. The large central living area features high walls of windows in the large great room, to bring the stark beauty of this location into your view and your heart.
This 3800 square-foot home sits on the Yellowstone River in the true heart of the aptly named Paradise Valley, right along the "Miracle Mile" between Mill Creek and Pine Creek. A quick 30-minute drive to Yellowstone National Park to the south, or 12 minutes to the genuine small-town feel of Livingston to the north.
Five bedrooms and five-and-one-half baths await you. The master has a spacious bath, and access to an additional quiet loft space above. A separate entrance to the deck, with the hot tub close by (hot tub coming 2012), makes this a nice getaway spot.
The two remaining upstairs bedrooms, each with its own bath, are both appointed with king-size beds. One features an amazing river view with private deck access while the other has exceptional mountain views overlooking the horse pasture.
The two downstairs bedrooms also have their own baths; and share am additional living space with television, with all downstairs rooms enjoying an expansive view of the Yellowstone River. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king-size bed, while the other has a pair of full-size beds--perfect for either 2 adults or 4 children.
Throughout the home are custom finishes and design elements, from exotic wood floors to lighting and furnishings.
Like to eat some meals more casually, and others more formally? Or perhaps separate the kids from the adults? No problem! There's a spacious granite island with stools as well as a dining table. Fully stocked with dishes, multiple glassware styles, and flatware, the kitchen shows that we keep our renters in mind.
A stocked spice cupboard, specialty cooking tools, multiple pots and pans, and knives that actually cut can make your in-home meals fun.
Prefer to cook outdoors? There is also an oversized gas barbecue grill on the deck with a table to enjoy a dinner or drinks with the ultimate view.
Walk right down to the river to fish... some of the best fishing on the Yellowstone is right from this home (JT has personally caught 15 trout in an hour here).
Yellowstone National Park is only a 30-minute drive away, short enough for day trips, so you can enjoy your home away from home every evening... it stays light until 10:30 PM here in the summer!
Only five minutes from world-famous Chico Hot Springs.
PLEASE NOTE: our maximum occupancy of 12 is based on your party having four children who will sleep two-apiece in the double beds on the lower level. Maximum occupancy for an all-adult party is 10 for this home, assuming 2 adults per king-size bed and 1 adult per full-size bed..
