This condo features mountain and golf course views. It sits on the 18-hole Wolf Creek Golf Course and is a five-minute drive to Powder Mountain Ski Resort. "Pow Mow" is a locals' secret with 5,500 skiable acres of 100% natural snow. The November 2009 issue of Outside magazine included Powder Mountain as one of the 16 "best ski resorts in North America" (as were Alta and Park City). Go to Alta and Park City to say you went, but go to Pow for 100% fresh snow and minimal crowds. In 2007, Pow Mow debuted its high-speed quad lift giving snowriders quicker access to the top for more rides down the slopes. Come and enjoy the world's best powder with virtually no crowds.

Snowbasin, host of the downhill and slalom skiing competitions in the 2002 Olympic Winter Games is a 15-minute drive from the condo. Snowbasin has been rated in the top ten SKI MAGAZINE Readers Poll for the past several years, and it did it again. In the 2009 poll, Snowbasin was rated #2 for best on-mountain food, #4 for service, #7 for lifts, and #10 for weather. Snowbasin is now one of the regular sites for the Xterra World Championship Race Series in the summer and winter and will host one of the three stops in this winter's Winter Dew Tour in January 2010.

Wolf Mountain, visible from the condo, is the perfect place for beginners and intermediate snowriders. With reasonable lift rates in an intimate setting, Wolf is the perfect place for newbies.

During spring and summer months, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Wolf Mountain, as well as the surrounding areas, offer hiking and mountain biking opportunities for the outdoor enthusiast.

  • We had a great time at all the different resorts. We were fortunate enough that it snowed while we were there. Powder Mountain was awsome. Lot of powder while we were in Utah. By far the best snowboarding trip I had in a while. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. I would recommend staying there.

  • The owners were very reasonable, responsive, and easy to deal with. All directions given were very clear, and owners' advice regarding local activities and facilities was welcome and accurate. The condo is spacious and bright, with an especially large master bedroom and a huge master bedroom closet. When we were there in late March there was tons of snow on the ground around the condo and in the valley nearby, which was a real treat for this Florida-based family. The back balcony has a nice view of the golf course. The master bed is large and very comfortable: we slept very well. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The condo is very clean and well maintained, with an excellent location. Local people, including condo neighbors, are very friendly and helpful. Common-area condo facilities also very clean and well-maintained. Despite having never heard of Powder Mountain (we found the condo online by accident while looking for one near Park City) we skied there 4 days and fell in love with PM and the folks there, far preferring Powder Mountain's rustic charm and superior snow to the more famous and well-developed SnowBasin.

  • We just wanted to thank you for helping to make our ski trip to Utah so enjoyable. The snow was perfect and the condo was perfect! You've done a wonderful job of totally remodeling and decorating your condo. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and it was great to come "home" to the condo every evening after a full day of skiing. We stayed in Park City last year and skied The Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley and Alta, but nothing compares to the powder at Powder Mountain! Peter and Ellen
