New Sunroom - Lewes, Delaware House Gorgeous, 1850s, beach cottage completely renovated and expanded in 2006 for a perfect vacation experience two blocks from the Lewes Historic District and a short bike ride to Cape Henlopen State Park (two miles to the Atlantic Ocean) and Lewes Beach (one-half mile to the bay). Many of our guests enjoy fulfilling their civic duty by visiting the hundreds of tax-free outlets just minutes away. Our gleaming new stainless kitchen has all new appliances and utensils and Wolfgang Puck would feel right at home. All of the appliances, furniture, and window treatments were purchased in 2006. We are now taking reservations for discounted off season three-day weekends and full weeks. Three bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a stunning new sunroom facing the huge private garden featuring fruit trees and an historic Coast Guard boathouse. Ideal for those attending weddings, the Rehoboth Beach Autumn Jazz Festival or Sports at the Beach. Local phone, cable TV, home delivery of "The Wall Street Journal," and high-speed internet. Our Rental Agents charge an application fee for each rental.
