This was a great place all around. The River Run condo complex is the perfect home base for skiing A-basin, Keystone, and/or Breckenridge. It's new and well maintained and has everything you could want - nice hot tubs, heated pool, fitness room, heated parking garage, and easy walk to Keystone resort, including shops, restaurants and lifts. The condo itself was fantastic. Modern and cozy without being kitschy like so many ski condos are. Cool photos and decor in living room plus lots of big windows create nice open feel. Sunny balcony with seating for relaxing outside. And gas fireplace makes for a cozy space inside. The kitchen is freshly updated with super nice countertops and appliances plus all the dishes and cooking implements you could possibly need to make any kind of meal. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier in the bedroom helped keep the air from being too dry. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom with DVD player. Bathroom was spacious and modern with plenty of storage and good water pressure in shower. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to others or to come back and stay here again ourselves. Looks much better in person than in pictures. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to get brighter lamps for bedside tables. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing! Oh- and Mike is a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer our questions and seems like a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!Did you find this review helpful? The unit was updated and clean with close proximity to hiking/biking trails and good restaurants. King size bed a plus and very comfortable! Owner was very gracious with regards to 'one on one' conversations and requests. We left a remote for our iPOD player and the owner made the effort to find and send the remote to us....greatly appreciated!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in Mike Cushing's condo in the Silvermill complex in the Keystone Village and it was wonderful! The unit is very clean and well equipped with all the amenities you need. There were 2 adults and 3 small children and the unit was plenty for what we needed. This is a very quiet end unit on the 4th floor and had fantastic views. We loved the full kitchen, balcony, 2 TV’s, comfortable furniture and the games in the room! The building is wonderful as well and has underground parking, with bike racks, luggage carts, a fitness room as well as laundry facilities on the same floor. There are 3 hot tubs, all different temperatures, a pool table and easy access to the lifts/gondola, bike trails, the Village and more. We loved our stay and were thrilled with the great rate! We are already planning a return trip! Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Our family purcahsed this condo in 2002 as an investment property and specifically chose this unit for the unique amenities it offers to guests. The views and sunsets from the balcony are fantastic and the location of the condo within the building are truely unique. We also enjoy meeting in Keystone each summer and adding new things to enhance our guests stay. Grandma comes from Dana Point CA and we live in Aurora, CO. Picture is my wife and I preparing to tee off at The Raven Golf club in Silverthorne. Keystone and Summit County have not only world class skiing but world class golfing.
