Details:
Very well appointed 3 BR house located in Kihei, Maui Meadows subdivision. This contemporary home was completely remodeled in 2006 and is very nicely decorated with quality furnishings and kept immaculately clean. The property itself which is almost 3/4 acres, is very nicely landscaped and feels like a private, tropical oasis. There are great views of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Molokai Islands from the upper deck where the hot tub is located.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, and the third bedroom has 2 twins, which can be put side by side to make another king.
The kitchen has recently been remodeled with granite and marble countertops. It has a dishwasher, oven and microwave and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes.
We are located just minutes from Maui's best beaches, shopping and dining. We are about 1/2 mile uphill from Keawakapu beach, 3 minutes by car from Kamaole Beaches and the Shops at Wailea.
