This is one of the few Sun City rentals with three bedrooms. There is a fully furnished kitchen with adjacent Arizona room with fireplace and breakfast nook. The Arizona room contains a full entertainment center with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD, and AM/FM tuner system. There is also a formal living room and dining room with wonderful views of the desert through large windows. It has a computer with broadband access and a second TV in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom suite is quite spacious with new night stands, dresser, chest of drawers, and king-size bed. There is a large walk-in closet. There are double sinks, a full tub, and a separate shower with sitting bench all within the master suite. The second bedroom is oversized and has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a daybed that becomes a queen-size bed for sleeping. There is a full bathroom between the second and third bedrooms, and a half bathroom located off the living room. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from either the covered backyard patio or the open patio area that overlooks the open desert full of wildlife.
