Bring your boat and gear for the best fishing and scalloping Florida's Big Bend has to offer. The view of the Gulf from this four-story elevated home is fantastic. It is situated on a corner waterfront lot with approximately 200 feet of canal frontage with a dock and a well used fish cleaning station.
The first-story provides covered parking for cars or boat trailers. The second-story has a full bath and laundry room and offers over 500 square feet of covered deck. The third-story has a living room, modern kitchen, tiled bath, bedroom, an enclosed Florida room, and a 1,500 square foot wrap-around deck. The fourth-floor has a master bedroom with a panoramic view of the Gulf and a tile bath. The house easily sleeps six. We try to keep the place fairly well stocked with the essentials. A long rainy week prompted us to install cable TV in all of the rooms.
