If you are looking for a place to call your home while you are on vacation, this is it. From the moment we set foot in the front door, we instantly felt at home. This house is so well maintained and spacious. It was nice that there was an en suite for the two of us and another bathroom for our two nieces. There were so many windows to bring in the bright sun each day. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of crickets every night and waking up to the sounds of birds. It is such a short distance away from all amenities but yet it is such a quiet location. Makes you feel like you are out in the country. We loved relaxing by the pool on our less busy days. It was a nice touch. The owners were a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this home!!!!

We had an excellent time staying in this beautiful home. Very clean, modern, and family friendly. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, and close to anything needed during a vacation. This home was truly our home away from home. It was very clean and provided every comfort of a home. We enjoyed the "burb life" when not adventuring about Florida. It is so central to many locations and less than 2 hours to either coast. My family of 6 were completley comfortable and had plenty of space. I am reccomending this to all my friends!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My husband,myself, 24 yr old daughter and 2 year old granson stayed in this house. First of all the listing is spot on. This being my first VRBO rental, I was a little apprehensive, but I was wrong. The house is adorable. Simply decorated but modern.The house was clean, well equipped and just felt right. No uncomfortable home away feeling..just absolutely cozy.We took FULL ADVANTAGE of the pool and cooked several nights in the well equipped kitchen. Bedding was super comfy and obviously of great quality.Tim was fast to respond to all questions and the only issue was the pool was not as heated 2 of the nights of the stay, but super warm and nice the other two nights. DEFINITELY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE POOL HEATING. If you are hesitant at all to stay in this home do not be! It's a great value, close to all the attractions and very cozy. Also, Tim had the security deposit mailed to me within 10 days of returning home. We are already planning our beach vacation for next summer and we will definitely stay in this home, and just make the drive to the beach. YEP...ITS WORTH IT!

The house is just as described and shown in the photos. It is clean, comfortable and the neighborhood appears safe and quiet. The house is central to all the Walt Disney World Parks and was a short drive to Univeral and all the great eateries. You can aviod a toll or two if you follow the owners directions rather than GPS directions. This was a great home base for our Florida vacation, the house was just what we had hoped for. I would definitely recommend it to friennds.

We stayed here for a week in Feb 2012 and we were very pleased, the owners description was 100% accurate. Very nice home, great neighborhood, very quiet! It was nice to have a whole pool to ourselves for a week without battling a bunch of other people for a lounge chair and we enjoyed our morning coffee outside by the pool each day. The beach was closer than we thought, drove there for a day and it only took about 45 min to get there. I highly recommend staying here, located close to the theme parks and within a close vicinity of everything you would ever need.

We had a great vacation, and staying here really made the experience even better. It was soooo much better than staying in a hotel room, and was a better value too. It was so nice to come back to a nice home to relax after going to the parks all day. The home is very comfortable, has everything that is needed, was very clean and well decorated, and up to date. The kids loved the TV's in the bedrooms and most of all, loved the pool. We will be staying here again the next time we go to Orlando.

This was our first experience with VRBO and I must say this property has set the bar pretty high. The house was tastefully furnished decorated and was equipped with every conceivable requirement. The home was immaculate and more than lived up to the VRBO listing. Indian Ridge is very quiet and it was nice to "come home" after days of sightseeing. If we are ever back in the Orlando area, we will definitely try to book this property again. The owner was professional and the property manager went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you book here I recommend the Tiffany museum in Winter Garden and the ShowcaseofCitrus on Highway 27.

My wife and I and our 3 young kids stayed here for our Disney vacation the first week of November, 2011. It was our first time staying here. The photos of the place look great, but you never know what you're actually going to get. Well, the photos were spot on! This house is fantastic! It was the perfect size for our family. The home is perfectly maintained and very clean. And the pool was wonderful! (you definitely need the heater in November!). It's very easy to get to and from driveway to Disney is no more than a 10 minute ride. There is absolutely no reason I would not stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this vacation home from Oct 4-12, 2011. I would highligh recommend this home! So many wonderful amenities...very close to Magic Kingdom (10 minutes from driveway to parking lot!), close to shopping, spacious, clean and great pool! This was our 1st trip to Disney World as a family and we would definitely stay here again. We all had a wonderful time and this home was the perfect retreat from the busy parks! Highly recommended!!

This vacation home is fantastic. It has everything you need and so much more. The attention to detail is great and the home is well equipped for the maximum occupancy it can allow. We spent our mornings by the pool reading and relaxing. From that we hit the attractions and shops! The home is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac, I think you might say enclave! This made it a peaceful haven to return to after the mania of I.Drive etc. From making the initial enquiry and then following through to the booking, Tim was prompt to respond. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I know myself and Claire had a wonderful week in this amazing home and both feel that if we return again to Florida we would not hesitate to rent this home.

We found this rental on the internet earlier this year and got in touch with the owner. It was a pleasure speaking to him. We made arrangements for our stay in June and we were very happy and pleased with the house. It was very comfortable and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to the amusement parks we visited during our stay. After a long day at the park it was a pleasure to return to the house. I would definitely rent it again. We so much enjoyed the time we spent at the home unwinding after visiting the different parks. We were able to relax and enjoy family time together. The home is nicely decorated, and well maintained. Our family included grandparents, parents and children (ages 5, 3, & 1). The pool wasn't quite as warm as we anticipated since we had included the heating of the pool, but the children tolerated it OK. We will definitely try to plan our next Florida vacation so we can again stay at this home. Thanks to the owner for sharing this home.

We stayed at the house in the spring of 2011. It was the perfect location for all of our sightseeing. The house was only 15 minutes to Disney, and provided easy access to highways for any longer day trips we made. The house itself was wonderful. It had everything we could possibly need, and the layout gave everyone lots of room to spread out. The kids loved using the pool - sometimes they swam in it three and four times in one day. We didn't need the heater for the pool because the weather made the water so warm. The neighbourhood where the home is located is very private and quiet. A grocery store is just a few minutes up the road. Highly recommend this rental.

This home was just what we wanted. The pictures and description were exactly as shown. The owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with and communication was great. The home is close enough to everything, but just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night, especially after a day of fighting the crowds. Will recommend this home to everyone and will stay here on our next trip to sunny Florida.

This listing was exactly as described and represented in pictures. The home and pool and were in perfect condition and extremely clean. The owner was great to deal with and even called to make sure everything was to our liking while we were there. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. The house was less than ten minutes from Disney. We had the perfect Disney vacation by avoiding the frustrating Disney transportation system and being able to have lots of room and a full kitchen at our accomadations while paying considerably less than we would of staying in the park.

10/31/10 - 11/6/10 - This was my first time staying here, I went there with my new husband for our honeymoon as we were spending our days at Universal and Disney. We loved how your home was so close to everything, from the parks, stores, highways, it was just so convenient. We felt just like we were at home. The neighborhood too was great and nice and quiet. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Kissimmee area. We stayed while visiting relatives in town. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a little expensive to heat the pool thought 25 dollars a day was a bit steep but other than that was a great place. Kay Lanter Bloominton, Il. Also owners were very prompt in returning security deposit recevied deposit back in less than 4 days of returning home.

This was our first major vacation since our daughter was born, so we figured we would take a Disney trip. After looking at the resorts and prices, we figured it be best to rent a home. Let me tell you this......WOW! We came across the home that the Bojanowski family own. The price was right and the home looked beautiful. We made our decision. I can tell you that they were awesome to deal with. Gave us all the pertinent info we needed and in a timely manner. When we arrived everything was seamless to the directions they gave from the airport, to the directions they had in the home. The home way exceeded our expectations. It was very close to all the attractions, clean and organized, and just gorgeous! LOVED OUR TRIP and will do it again! Thanks Bojanowski's!!!

A great way to stay in the Disney area. (even if you don't visit Disney) Nice cozy home, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, easy drive to area attractions and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a evening outside. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Pictures on web site are exactly what the home offers and Tom and his family were incredibly gracious to work with. Deposit was returned within days. There is simply no better and more economical way to stay in the Orlando area.

This was our second year in a row at this house and again we had a great time! The house is in pristine condition and very inviting. It is "kid" friendly with lots of toys for the pool and several childrens videos. Perfect location to Disney and quick access to all the major roads. Kids asked to stay here again next year so we hope to make this a family tradition!

Owners and property were inviting and family friendly beyond expectations. My wife and I, nine year old twins and grandparents quickly became comfortable in clean and pleasant atmosphere. My wife and I stayed at this wonderful house for 3 weeks in March 2009. Its location in the Indian Ridge development, a family neighborhood, is very convenient to Disney World. The house is fabulous...and the pool was refreshing after a long day at the park. We purchased the optional pool heat and it was worth it. The owners and the people from the management company are real friendly and provide prompt responses when needed. It was pleasant to work with all of them. The photographs of the house on the web page are very accurate...the house is very clean, and welcoming with its bright interior. We will definitely try to rent this house again for future Disney trips.

we had a great time, the house was very affordable and in a great location. the property manager went out of his way and delivered a turkey to the house 2 days before we arrived so that we could have our turkey christmas dinner, any future trips to orlando area, we will stay here. the pool is great, kept my kids busy every evening. i work in an AAA travel office and unless a client is staying on disney property,i suggest this house instead of a hotel

i stayed at this home for a week in jan 06 and i must say this is the place you wanna stay when you come to florida it would be like staying in your own home in florida if you owned one everything you need is right where you would keep it also the owner's great people and they make it very easy for you to have a wonderful stay i rate this place a 10 out of 10 neat, clean , cozy , and quiet. it don't get any better than this vacation spot 4 miles from disney i will be there again soon you can bet on that

We stayed the second week in April of 2008. We really enjoyed the house. We felt at home and the pool was exceptional! The location is ideal for Disney. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. The owners were top notch to deal with!

Stayed 2 weeks,2/18-3/3/08. Very clean and furnished nicely. Was a positive experience. Good communication with owner. Would stay there again.
