Beautiful holiday villa built in 2002 featuring a private pool, separate outdoor hot tub and a large shaded lanai. The garage has been partly converted into a very well-equipped games room which includes a new Pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine, pool table, foosball (table soccer) table, Arcade Machine playing 40 classic games from the 1980's, and Playstation 2 console.

Our villa features all the comforts of home with high quality furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and is fully air-conditioned.There is a crib ,baby stroller and stairgate available along with an adult wheelchair.

Calabay Parc is located on Highway 27, 5 minutes from Exit 55 of the I4.We are 12 minutes easy drive from Walt Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Several championship golf courses including Highland Reserve and Champions Gate are just minutes away.There are numerous restaurants locally with supermarkets and pharmacies close at hand.Posner Park is located at the I4/US27 junction is a brand new shopping center. It features large department stores including JC Penney, Target and Best Buy.Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive and Sanford International 60 minutes.
