This beautifully furnished condo has two bedrooms and two baths. It is conveniently located in upper mid-town Ocean City, bay side on 81st Street, in an elevator building on the fourth floor. This luxurious unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and garbage disposal. A wet bar, air conditioning, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing-board are also provided. It has an in-ground outdoor pool next to the bay. The BEACH is only a short distance across the street. Ample covered parking is provided. The Hobbit, directly across the street, and La Haciendo restaurant are on one side and Fresco's Italian restaurant is on the other side.

The master bedroom has one standard size bed. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has two standard size beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A convertible sofa-bed is also available.

The unit has 2 Cable TV's and 2 combined DVD/VCR's. The unit is furnished with beachy furnishings. Dining area seating is for 6 and three additional stools are provided. A furnished balcony is accessed through both the living room and dining area and has an gorgeous panoramic view of the bay. The ocean is also viewable. Enjoy a drink from the wet bar, while watching the Ocean City sunsets.


The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and of course a blender and refrigerator.

A full week can be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is Saturday after 3PM and check-out time is Saturday before 10AM.

We rent to family groups only.

We do not rent to HS or College students. Parents, please do not rent for your children. Disorderly, noisy unattended youth will be evicted.

The unit is NON smoking and pets are NOT allowed.

Our cancellation policy is to return your rental amount minus a processing fee provided we are able to re-rent the unit.

  • We just spent a FANTASTIC weekend in this condo in Ocean City, MD. It was very stress-free and easy to book right from the start. The owner was very informative and the process was unbelievably smooth. The condo had a perfect location and was very neat, clean and stocked well with ammenities. We hit the beach, the boardwalk, the attractions, the grocery stores and the best restaurants all within minutes of this location. The bay view was beautiful. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend!

  • This was a very nice,comfortable and wonderful condo to stay at. I have everything great to say about it! The view of the bay is excellent! Sunrise and Sunset!! You can also see the ocean from the balcony looking down the 81st St! I highly recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a great place to stay while your at ocean city!! The owner is also a wonderful person!!! Great place, Great Time!!! We stayed week of Aug 25-Sept 2nd!!

  • We just returned from a wonderful week at this condo and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The condo is beautifully decorated to give it a true vacation vibe and the incidentals were all there when we arrived. The view of the bay is totally unbeatable and sitting on the balcony in the morning with your coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening can't be beat! If I absolutely had to pick a improvement point it would be on the cookware, knives, etc. in the kitchen; however, they got the job done and I think I'm just used to my own stuff. The building itself is well taken care of and everyone vacationing and/or living there was very nice. The pool is by far one of the best and largest we seen when peaking at others throughout the week. The owner of this condo is very nice to deal with and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this condo without hesitation and am certain we will be back soon!
