To secure booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rent.
This is fully refundable if cancellation is made 90 days before the
rental period begins. The balance including hotel tax is due 30 days
before arrival and is non-refundable.

We had a destination wedding/honeymoon and booked this condo for the trip. It was fabulous, we loved it here. The area around the condo was half residents half other vacation condos, which was incredible appealing for us. The description of the property was quite accurate and the pictures were extremely reflected the rental quite well. Upon arrival, the key was located in a lockbox with a code given prior to arrival. Prior to arrival the owners did an amazing job of providing driving directions and answering various other questions we had as well. It should be noted however, we originally rented the condo from an individual who lived in the states. Prior to arriving at the condo she sold it to North Coast Management, both parties were very easy to work with. I would also like to point out, because we had our wedding during this trip, we had family stay but in other places on the island. In all cases the other hotels/condos charged for local cars and internet, whereas that was not the case in our condo. It was a huge bonus, especially considering we paid similar prices. I would gladly recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in Cayman Kai, especially those seeking a romantic destination. Near the condo was Starfish Point, a beach typically used by the locals, and yes, does have starfish. Also nearby was a fabulous restuarant called Kaibo Kai, the food was amazing, the atmosphere fun! Short drive, or long walk away is Rum Point. Rum Point offers all kinds of activities and food. Also located there is a company that does trips to StingRay City, SCUBA diving, snorkling, dinner cruises, etc. About 20 minutes away is Queen Elizabeth Botanical Gardens. There is also a restauarant called Over the Edge. It is a delicious restuarant with reasonable prices and the best view. It should be noted that this condo is located on the side of the island the is not exactly considered the "touristy" side. However, we preferred this as it was quieter. On average, the restaurant prices were lower, we never dealt with big crowds, and just overall things were quieter and we appreciated that. This was an excellent choice, we would go there again!!
