10% discount for rentals over 6 days.Discount for monthly rentals.
To secure booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rent.
This is fully refundable if cancellation is made 45 days before the
rental period begins. The balance including hotel tax is due 30 days
before arrival and is non-refundable.
