When you combine this Penthouse Condo with Majestic's amenities, youve got a great vacation value in elegant surroundings.
Our condo has, Granite counter tops, all tile living area, Plasma TV and surround, High Speed Internet, Custom furniture and decor, fully outfitted kitchen, bath and linens, and a keyless entry system.
The condo is direct ocean front on the 23rd (top) floor of Majestic Beach Towers II. The unit is a 1000 square foot, two bedroom, two bath floor plan plus balcony. It has nine foot ceilings. The view from the private balcony is spectacular! You will enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and surf.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds with a double on the bottom and a single on top. It is decorated in a surfing theme and has an 18' plasma TV. It has it's own bath attached.
In the living area, there is a pull out double sofa bed beautiful, custom furniture and a 42' Plasma TV. We share bookings in this complex with other owners and will coordinate bookings of multiple units. Our goal is to give you an excellent value and to exceed your expectations, as you vacation in this beautiful place. Please see our competitive, weekly rates below. This unit is normally rented from Sat to Sat during spring and summer. Nightly rates are available during other times of the year. There are no administrative charges. A third of the rate is due to reserve the unit, the balance is due 3 weeks before arrival. All payments are immediately accounted for through an email invoice showing amounts paid and balences due. There is also a 250.00 damage deposit due with the last payment. We just hold that check. Must be at least 23 years old to rent this property. (We will check.) Once all payments are received, a code to the keyless entry system is sent via email, so there is no need to' check in' when you arrive. Simply let yourself in. No keys to misplace during the week either.!

My sister-in-law and I loved our stay at your penthouse. The place was very clean and well decorated. Access to and from your room was easy with the covered parking. Even though parking was across the street, there was a covered crossover. Our stay was so quiet and peaceful. It was just what the Dr. ordered. We enjoyed many great resturants that were very close to our unit, I would definitly like to return for another vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was exactly as you described it and more. The view was amazing and we enjoyed seeing dolphins swimming in the afternoons. Everything was very accessible and close to where the unit is located. Doug was very helpful with every detail. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and look forward to returning. We had the pleasure of staying here for six nights and have nothing but good things to say about the unit and the owners. I have stayed in a lot of beach condos over the years and this unit is far and away the most nicely-appointed and maintained unit that I have ever seen. Great central location on the beach, walk down to Pineapple Willie's for lunch or dinner, they have great ribs and peel & eat shrimp. Wonderful view from the top-floor balcony, easy access to the parking garage, lots of pool options if you want a break from the beach. Keyless entry to the unit is awesome. The owners make the rental process very easy and are available and response for any questions you may have.

The view from this 23rd floor penthouse condo is priceless. We would get up at 6am to watch the dolphins come close to the shore to feed. We saw some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo itself was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Thank you Doug for making us feel so at home. You thought of everything when furnishing this unit. We had an amazing week and have already scheduled our stay for next year.

Had a great New Year's at the beach. Nice place, great weather and so many fun events. Can't wait to go back again. It was so easy working with Doug. He took care of everything! The place has a wonderful view and we loved being on the top floor.

Doug, I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time In Panama City Beach. The condo was just beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. I have been going to Panama City Beach for years and 'Last Mango' was the best place we have stayed...no question! Thanks so much for all of your kindness!
