As owners of three ocean front condos on Navarre Beach, we know value in vacation rental properties and we can pass it on to you. This is our first venture into the Panama City Beach market. It’s also our last condo purchase, hence the name "Last Mango in Paris." A reference to an old and oft forgotten Jimmy Buffett song of the late 1970’s. "I ate the Last Mango in Paris, took the last flight out of Siagon. Took the first passport to China and Jimmy there’s still so much to be done." A reminder that, although we’ve been through a lot, there’s still even more to see and experience. So much more to be done. At Majestic Beach Towers, you get so much more for your vacation dollars too, with all the amenities listed below. When you combine this Penthouse Condo with Majestic's amenities, you’ve got a great vacation value in elegant surroundings. Our condo has: *Granite counter tops *All tile living area *Plasma TV and surround *High Speed Internet *Brand new custom furniture and décor *Fully outfitted kitchen, bath and linens *Keyless entry system so you can arrive anytime day or night *Personal service through the owner The Condo is direct ocean front on the 23rd (top) floor of Majestic Beach Towers II. The unit is a 1000 square foot, two bedroom, two bath floor plan plus balcony. It has nine foot ceilings. The view from the private balcony is spectacular! You will enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and surf. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds with a double on the bottom and a single on top. It is decorated in a surfing theme and has an 18" plasma TV. In the living area, there is a pull out double sofa bed beautiful, custom furniture and a 42" Plasma TV. We share bookings in this complex with other owners and will coordinate bookings of multiple units. So, bring along family and friends to enjoy this get-a-way together! But save this unit for yourself! This property is an extension of our home in Atlanta and we welcome you as special guests that deserve personal attention. Our goal is to give you an excellent value and to exceed your expectations, as you vacation in this beautiful place. Please see our competitive, weekly rates below. This unit is normally rented from Sat to Sat during spring and summer. Nightly rates are available as well. Cleaning fee is 75.00. There are no administrative charges. Half of the rate is due to reserve the unit, the balance is due 3 weeks before arrival. All payments are immediately accounted for through an email invoice showing amounts paid and balences due. There is also a 250.00 damage deposit due with the last payment. We just hold that check. Must be at least 23 years old to rent this property. (We will check.) Once all payments are received, a code to the keyless entry system is sent via email, so there is no need to" check in" when you arrive. Simply let yourself in. No keys to misplace during the week either.!
