This nearly new 1400 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home features, bamboo wood flooring throughout, carpet in bedrooms and lots of space to roam. There is a large outdoor deck with a barbecue and patio furniture. Enjoy ocean and bay views, Seaworld fireworks from one of three balconies.

The kitchen boasts cherry cabinets, Silestone countertops and Kitchen Aid appliances that will please the holiday chef. Kitchen also includes all amenities listed below along with most small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender). Most important, there is an attached two-car garage with opener for your parking ease.

You will be in the center of the Mission Beach, Pacific Beach community. Within walking distance are many of the activities that this area has to offer.   • This home, away from home – as well as lovely accommodations, and a nice neighborhood, has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. It also boasts proximity to the boardwalk, a very short pleasant walk. Would suggest no more than 8 people fit comfortably in the 1400 square feet, which are quite nicely spaced over three floors. This home would not be well suited for those who have a lot of difficulty with stairs. Although two of us don’t handle stairs easily, we still managed because the steps are well spaced. The owners are lovely folk, and kindly respond to all questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this lovely home to any family who needs a sweet quiet retreat. Enjoy, as we did.   • This is a very comfortable place for a family of 7-8. This property is superbly situated w/ easy access to Mission Beach and the surf. Very simple to get to and from to enjoy all of the great attractions of San Diego. Very relaxing to be able to come back and sit around in a comfortable house after a day of walking the Zoo or SeaWorld. Full kitchen allows relaxed breakfasts in the morning. This place is to be highly recommended, we would go back and stay at the same place next time. Don't hesitate to contact owner to rent this property - very nice folks to deal with. Very positive experience with this place. A+
