Our home has a secluded and private view overlooking a natural reserve in Palmira and within five minutes walking distance to the center of the community where the magnificent Village Clubhouse and Renaissance Center stand.
Located in the Paloma section of Palmira, our second floor Coach Home is over 2300 square feet of living area: plus a 10 by 24 foot lanai and two car garage. The interior décor is Tuscan Style with many at home luxuries and accommodations. A mixture of woods, leathers and rich colors bring a compliment of luxury and comfort.
The dramatic great room includes soaring 12 foot ceilings, detailed with fine appointments and amenities. Hues of soft beige, mint green and chocolate brown wrap you in a spirit of peace and tranquility.
Large diagonal ceramic tiles cover the floor of the great room, formal dining room, kitchen and kitchen nook. The open kitchen has granite counter tops with cherry cabinets and is fully-equipped.
A full dining room allows up to eight guests to be seated around a rich mediterranean feel of luxury and charm.
Walk directly onto the lanai and spend an afternoon watching the clouds go by. Or, for active types, there is tennis, golf, swimming, and beaches. Restaurants on the premise or throughout the area will tantalize the palate.
After a long day, come back and snuggle on the lanai as you watch the sun set and get rested for another day.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, 12 foot high tray ceiling, his and her sinks, large tub and shower, and two walk-in closets.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And, the third bedroom is decorated with twin beds. There is also a cozy Den to read and relax in.
Other amenities include a fully-equipped laundry room, Internet access, phone, air conditioning, six ceiling fans, Cable TV, two-door refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, George Foreman Electric Grill coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, and linens.

We welcome the opportunity to host you at our second home. This is our personal retreat from our hectic schedules which gives us a wonderful place to play and relax.
The Palmira community is very friendly. It is very easy to meet members and become involved in the social activities. With the golf membership, it offers you many events and activities to join. Events include golf matches, dining including dances, vegas nights, special entertainment, and social nights.
We know you will fall in love with Palmira and the luxury appointments provided throughout the gated community. We love it and hope you will also.

My wife and I had an excellent experience and stay at this condo. It was a home away from home. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, the living was most comfortable. In addition the golf membership was terrific, as the people and staff of the golf course were very friendly. We would love to stay here again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

I rented this unit for January and February 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed this home, very well furnished and the layout was great. This home is in a very quiet area and my family and occasional friends who joined us for mini-vacations were very impressed by all of the amenities. The golf was exceptionally great and the Palmira staff made you feel at home. Renters who are fortunate enough to occupy this unit will be in good hands as the owners were great to do business with. I highly recommend this unit to those considering renting in Palmira for a month or more.

We love the condo with all of the amenities and appointments throughout. Your place is beautiifully furnished. Everything was just perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home!! It was much more of a home, than a rental. The decorating, the furniture, and the fully stocked kitchen, just set your home apart from the rest. Everything was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor furniture made for very enjoyable evenings on the lanai. We would recommend it to anyone, great location and great golf. We hope to stay again in the future.
