Stay at our three bedroom, three and a half bath home on the first hole of Raven at Three Peaks Golf Course in Silverthorne, Colorado. Close to Summit County ski resorts - Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and a 30 minute drive to Vail. Close to outlet and other shopping in Silverthorne/Dillon area.
The house backs up to the golf course with a private hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day. In the winter, the golf course has a track for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
Main Level
The main floor of the house has the kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, and half bath.
Kitchen: Well equipped with appliances, dinnerware, and cooking supplies to feed the crowd. The kitchen island has bar stool seating for four at the granite countertops.
Dining Area: Has a table that seats six with the ability to add two additional chairs.
Living Area: Has a gas fireplace and a queen sofa bed, loveseat and chair. A television and DVD/VCR player are also available.
Bathroom: Half bath (toilet and sink).
Laundry: Washer and Dryer.
Garage: Two car heated garage.
Upper Level
Master Bedroom: The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and has a gas fireplace separating the bedroom from the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The spacious master bath also has an oversized shower, granite countertops and two sinks. There is a walk out deck overlooking the golf course with beautiful mountain views. The Master bedroom also has a television and VCR.
Bedrooms two and three: Each of the additional bedrooms have queen beds and televisions in the room. These bedrooms share a bathroom that is located between the two rooms.
Lower Level
The lower level is an additional family room and sleeping area. This is a good place for a group of kids to hang out, or a way to separate two different families in the same accommodation.
Living Area: Includes television, queen sofa bed and loveseat.
Beds: Beautiful log bunk beds with full bottom, and single top, as well as a pull out trundle.
Bathroom: Full bath with tub and shower.
Bar area: Includes cupboards and a small refrigerator.
Closet: Walk in closet to keep things out of site and organized.

Owners live in Northern Colorado and love the outdoors and skiing and hiking with family and friends.
Why the Owner Chose Three Peaks
This house has an awesome location. It is very easy to get to and has a great view from the back over the golf course, which has groomed nordic track in the winter. Very private location with little traffic. It is a nice get a way location. There is also quick access to a nice grocery store, Target, and many great restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This house is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. It backs up to the first hole of a resort style golf course (Raven at Three Peaks) and has great open views and privacy. There is a private hot tub to check out the awesome night show of stars. There is a two car garage that has heated floors. The house sets up great for multiple families to gather and have an awesome vacation. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and the basement sets up well for a second family with a full bath, wet bar, and several beds. Your family or group will love our home as much as we do.
