Perfect Place for kids at the beach

We gathered together to celebrate several birthdays at the beach and never even had to take a coat or jacket out of the car the weather was so nice! With smaller children it was great to have the creek as well as the waves to play in and the tidepools to explore along with the hours of playing in the sand. It's rare to find a place where the actual is even better then the pictures, but we were really impressed when we arrived. So much light in the place and just a comfortable environment. I think we would have had a great time even if it had poured all weekend. And so close to Lincoln City and Pacific City which we have visited before but had so much fun in Neskowin, we didn't take the time to go to this visit. Thanks Dave and Regina for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time at the beach. This is our second time staying at your lovely home and we were again very comfortable and relaxed. It's so nice that everything a person needs for comfort is there and handy. There are a lot of little touches that make Blue Heron Have feel like home away from home. Thanks for caring about our comfort and needs so much. Our vacation worked wonders for us. We just can't thank you enough!

Just a note to let you know what a great time we had at your beach house. The house was perfect for us and undoubtedly the best equipped beach house we have ever rented. We'll be looking forward to using Blue Heron again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beach home. It’s great you found an enclave on the coast that is so quiet yet close to the conveniences of Lincoln and Pacific Cities. Jonathan the seagull was entertaining to watch on the deck. We restocked his supply of oyster crackers. There were also deer across the street and eagles or hawks overhead. It was very relaxing sitting on the deck watching everything. AD

Our stay at your Neskowin house was wonderful! The house is beautiful, light and cheerful, and very well supplied. Also, it was immaculate when we arrived. We especially loved the flower pots everywhere since we spent most of our time on the expansive deck, and we watered them every day. What a great week! I would definitely recommend your home to my friends and hope to stay there again myself.

I just wanted to report that we had a wonderful time at Neskowin over the Thanksgiving weekend. We loved the house. It is definitely a place we would like to return to, and recommend to friends. I also wanted to thank you for having the kitchen so well stocked. We have rented several other houses in the past few years, and generally they are lacking in things like knives, coffee filters, pots and pans, and the like. Your house was the exception.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Blue Heron Haven. The house was even better than the pictures on VRBO showed it to be. It was so light and roomy. My parents elected to take the entire basement and were quite happy. The windows upstairs let in so much light from so many angles that I got lots of great photos of my family and our doggies having fun in your house. It is a great beach, too. There is a lot of interest with the creek, Proposal Rock, and the ancient forest. You were so professional to work with. I am now a believer in VRBO. JS
