This BOATING HOME sits on a quiet canal offering 60 feet of concrete dockage with davits. Minutes out to Pine Channel and onto the island-covered Florida Bay backcountry or Atlantic Ocean. Neighborhood BOAT RAMP (free) is a few yards away so you quickly get your boat to the back porch. Several BOAT RENTAL companies nearby. Use the KAYAKS for some great exploring around the canals or out in the Florida Bay. So many local activities - use your free pass to BAHIA HONDA State Park BEACH (the best beach in the Keys and named one of "Dr. Beach's" Top Ten American Beaches), LOOE KEY REEF diving, and of course exploring KEY WEST - all within a short drive. Or just relax in the screened HOT TUB, pick a HAMMOCK, and enjoy the view from the 40' second floor screened LANAI BALCONY! Stop by the island's (in)famous NO NAME PUB for some local flavor. LUCKY DOLPHIN sleeps six in comfort. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and master bath with shower/tub. Second bedroom includes a queen sleeper, plus a twin, and its own full bath.
