Best location on the island. Two blocks from historic downtown with restaurants, shopping, and more. Five blocks to the Gulf of Mexico. One block to the world famous Gasparilla Inn whose guests have included some of America's most prominent families for a century.

Open floor plan with three bedrooms, two brand new bathrooms, and lots of light. Beautiful sun porch with living and breakfast areas. All brand new appliances. Sleeps 6-8. Great for two to three couples, families, or a romantic getaway cottage for two.

Fish the famous Boca Grande Pass in tarpon season, back-country fishing for snook, redfish, and trout year-round. Go boating and visit the outer islands for dining and exploring including Cabbage Key. Walk some of America's most beautiful beaches with world class shelling. Bike, roller blade, and golf cart rentals nearby to enjoy the island's bike path. Lovely historic churches on island within walking distance (Episcopalian, Methodist, Baptist, and Catholic).

  • We had such a lovely time in Boca Grande and adored your cottage. It was just perfect for our family, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything was very spacious and perfectly equipped, including laundry, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Our two-year-old ADORED the play-kitchen we found in one of the closets. BG is such a special place, made all the better by staying in your home. Thanks so much, and if we find ourselves back anytime soon, I will definitely be in touch.

  • Only good things to say about the times I've stayed here. The cottage itself is adorable- all the bedrooms are clean and colorful, great kitchen and the living and dining spaces are perfect for a house full of people. With a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the center of town, it's the ideal location...and also happens to be on one of the prettiest blocks around! I come to BG about once a year and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
