Our cottage has 3 Bedrooms plus 3 Full Baths and is located in the center of Sandpiper Village with the homes on the water. The house has an open floor plan with views of the lake, golf course and Choctaw Bay from all rooms.
To take advantage of these views, we just opened up the downstairs floor plan and enlarged the dining room and living room. We added new furniture in the living room, reading room & dining room & installed a large capacity front load washer & dryer upstairs. We upgraded the kitchen with granite countertops and added new stainless steel appliances.
The back yard now has a brick patio with 2 grills - one propane & one charcoal - plus new patio table & chairs that will seat 6 comfortably.
TVs are in all three bedrooms & the living room has a new large HD Flat Screen TV. DVD players are in the living room and upstairs queen bedroom / FREE WIFI
The first floor has one bedroom with twin size bunk beds & adjacent full bath / living room with a queen size sofa sleeper / kitchen with adjacent reading room & bar area and a dining room that will seat 8. Sliding Glass Doors off the dining room lead to the 10'x 20' brick patio & lake.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms plus 2 full baths / the master has a king size bed, private bathroom & private balcony / the second bedroom has a queen size bed & adjacent full bath / the front load washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
Linens are exclusive to our cottage and are of the highest quality. Please bring your own beach towels.
Housekeeping essentials: The following items are included at no extra cost - laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent , kitchen soap plus vacation starter kits for all 3 bathrooms that include 2 rolls of TP per bathroom plus facial, hand and bath soaps
Beach Access - Two access points: at Finz Restaurant (Elephant Walk) PLUS The Owners' Private Beach entrance which is exclusive to Sandestin owners and their guests. A Private Parking Lot is provided for The Owner's Beach. We also have 8 beach chairs, an umbrella and "noodles" in the outside storage closet for your use at the beach.
Swimming Pools: 2 neighborhood SOA pools are available for our guests
Golf - Sandestin Resort has four eighteen hole golf courses within a mile of the house -
This is the only house we own in Sandestin and you are dealing directly with the owners when you rent from us. We'd love to have you stay with us. Please give us a call.
Teachers/Coaches: Elementary through High School will receive a 10% discount off of the weekly rate - we appreciate all you do for our children
The lake that our house sits on is a fresh water lake and has been stocked with bass & shellcracker by Sandestin Resort (catch & release). Bring your fresh water tackle. Live bait and worms can be purchased at the Resort Marina.

My family had the best time. The condo was everything we could ask for and more. Loved walking out right off the patio and being able to fish with the kids. So close and convenient to everything the adults or children would want to do. We can't wait to go back!!! The owners are very informative and quick to respond to your every need!! Great place..

This was one of our favorite vacations ever. this condo is close to everything is very comfortable and relaxing. We had two families with 4 children all together and the accomdations were amazing and the layout of this home is great. We will definately be booking this for next year. Not to mention the owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you all so much!!
