Our Three Bedroom, Three Bath cottage is located in The Sandestin Beach Resort neighborhood of Sandpiper Village and maintains the Highest possible ELITE rating from The Sandestin Property Management Program.
Sandpiper Village is accessed through the Bayside Gate entrance of Sandestin Beach Resort and is bordered by The Links Golf Course. Our Cottage is in the center of Sandpiper Village and sits directly on Sandpiper Lake, a two acre spring fed "stocked" lake which offers some nice size bass. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles!
Our cottage offers a fully equiped kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, microwave, blenders and modern appliances. We also have a pretty good stock of grilling utensils for the 2 propane grills on the brick patio.
TVs (with Cable) are in all three bedrooms and the living room now has a new 32" Flat Screen TV / VCR & DVD players are in the living room and upstairs queen bedroom / wireless internet provided
Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Queen size sofa sleeper.
We just completed a total remodel in October 2009. No more 1970's floorplan!! We now have a modern, open floor plan with lots of light and views of the lake, golf course and bay from all rooms.
The main level offers a living room with entertainment center & 32" flat screen TV plus a queen size sofa sleeper / kitchen with adjacent dining room that will seat 8 / bedroom with twin beds and adjacent full bath. Glass Doors in the living room lead to the 10' x 20' brick patio, landscaped back yard and the two-acre spring fed lake where the children can enjoy fishing or feeding the ducks while you prepare dinner on the propane grills.
The upper level offers a master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom & private balcony / a second bedroom with queen size bed & adjacent bathroom / the washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The views of Choctaw Bay, Sandpiper Lake & the Links Golf Course from the second floor bedrooms are incredible.
Linens are exclusive to our unit and are of the highest quality.
Beach Access - Through the Beachside Gated Entrance of Sandestin Beach Resort. Two access points - at Finz Restaurant PLUS access is now available for The Owners' Private Beach which is exclusive to owners and their guests.
Golf - Sandestin Resort has four eighteen hole championship golf courses within a mile of the cottage - The Links; Baytowne; Raven and Burnt Pine.
If vacationing with multiple families - we have a close friend who owns a three bedroom cottage two doors down from ours that can help us accommodate your needs.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RENTAL. These terms are incorporated into the rental agreement. They are agreed to by the guest(s)upon payment of their rental amount.
(1) No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in unit - if you must smoke, go outside on the patio.
(2) To rent our cottage, you must be 25 years of age or older. No rentals will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by their parents at all times. By renting our cottage you certify that you meet these age requirements.
(3) No subletting. The person renting the cottage must stay here.
(4) Breach of items (1),(2)or(3) will result in immediate eviction with no return of funds paid
(5) You and your guests will abide by all Federal, State, Local and Sandestin Resort laws, rules & regulations
(6) You shall Indemnify and Hold Owner Harmless from your actions and the actions of your guests.
