Our beautiful large townhouse is close to the Canyons Ski area and I-80. The entire top floor (4 bedrooms)is air-conditioned. This is a perfect townhouse for a large group of up to 15. Easy access to all three Park City resorts as well as Main Street, The Utah Olympic Park, the new Redstone shopping area, and the Tanger Outlet Stores. We are also convenient to Salt Lake City airport, and the Cottonwood ski resorts. You are entitled to use a clubhouse with exercise room, lockers, hot tub and swimming pool (pool open summers only).
Bed Configuration:
2nd floor: King bed, queen bed, two twin beds, twin bunk bed. Downstairs suite: twin trundle bed, twin-over double bunk. Living room: queen size convertible couch.
We bought this property as our second home and rent it out when we can't be in Park City. We furnished the unit from scratch with all new furniture, new appliances, and new electronics and stocked the gourmet kitchen with new, high quality items, all of which will make your time in our home superb.
The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious,complete with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, your own private TV and an unbelievable master bath with large tub, separate shower and twin sinks.
Down the hall, you will come to three other bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with twin beds, and the third with a bunk bed. Another full bath on this floor serves these bedrooms. The washer and dryer are on the bedroom level.
On the main level, you will find the fully outfitted kitchen and a separate large dining area. The large dining room table easily seats 12. Six steps down in an open plan is the living room, tastefully decorated with enough furniture so that your entire group can enjoy music, TV or just sitting around without having to drag chairs from another area. On the deck adjacent to the kitchen is your private hot tub as well as a gas barbecue.
On the lowest level, you will find a bedroom suite with a twin trundle bed, a twin-over-double bunk and its own private bath. This room has its own TV, DVD player, and CD player/radio, and card table and chairs. Great as a separate area for kids or for a couple who want their own private area.
Redstone Village is across the street from Bear Hollow. Movies, great,(but affordable) restaurants and shopping, two grocery stores, liquor store and more. Olympic Park is next door. It is quite a place to visit and if you're really daring, you can ride a bobsled on the Olympic bobsled run.

This house comfortably housed two families with kids and teens. Convenient to shops and slopes without the Park City traffic and congestion.

This is a lovely place - very comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything is brand-new. It's far enough out of town that you don't have to deal with the traffic if you don't want to, but close enough to all the ski areas to make it convenient. The owners are very easy to deal with. We'd happily rent there again.

What a FANTASTIC place-lots of room, comfortable, CLEAN. A great kitchen for the whole group to gather. Close by many ski areas. Would definitely rent there again.
