Welcome to Bayside at Bethany Lakes! This site features our rental townhouse, a three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath villa located just minutes from Bethany Beach, Delaware. This welcoming modern home is close to all amenities and located in the award-winning Toll Brothers resort community of Bayside at Bethany Lakes.

The location of the community is only the starting point for everything Bayside at Bethany has to offer. The house features three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and convenient on-site parking in a private garage. Our guests will enjoy everything that the community has to offer including both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, games room, fitness center, and tennis courts. Not only does the community center provide breathtaking views of White's Creek and a private day docks, our guests do not have to worry about fighting for a parking space in downtown Bethany Beach - renters also are provided full access to the free community shuttle that provides transportation to Bethany's main beach and boardwalk area during the in season (mid June to Labor Day).

With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, the house sleeps up to ten people. The house also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with breakfast bar and cozy sitting area for the family members and guests who just will not leave the kitchen! Attached to the kitchen is a large dining room along with a living room, complete with plasma television, gas fireplace, and a pull-out couch. The house features a three-room speaker system and full audio system to play your favorite music while sitting on the full deck outside, enjoying the weather.

There are three bedrooms, including a master suite complete with king-size bed, large soaking tub with separate shower, and private balcony. The master suite is also equipped with a walk-in closet and flat screen TV.

Our villa townhouse at Bayside at Bethany Lakes offers so much for the entire family. We decorated the home as though it were our full-time residence, from our hardwood floors, Berber carpet, Corian countertops, GE Profile appliances, tile bathrooms, and plasma television. All of this accented by tall ceilings and large, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow tons of natural light.
