Relaxation... after a few days the beach breezes will blow all your concerns away. This 1100 sq ft condo features a wide balcony through 2 sets of sliding glass doors (living room and master bedroom). There is a King sized air-comfort bed in the master suite, two twins in secondary bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Each bedroom has its own bath and walk-in closet. 42" flat screen LCD television with DVD player in living room. Each bedroom has a TV, master has a VCR and second bedroom has a TV. Living room has queen sleeper sofa and two recliner chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes/pots/cutlery supplied, as well as coffee maker and blender. There is a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. We have loungers/beach chairs and umbrella for those who prefer the sand and waves to poolside. Within a short stroll are grocery, ice cream, bagel, bookstore, drugstore, pizza, seafood, Thai, diner, post office and beachwear shops.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside South
It was a medium size condominium complex with only 61 units and situated right on the beach. There are still several original homeowners that bought during construction. All units face the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
During the summer months when we keep the unit for ourselves, its only a 45 minute drive from our primary residence, we typicaly come Friday thru Monday. We can feel the stress leave us when we cross the Tom Stuart Causeway to our second home. Very few units along the beach have both the family room and master suite facing the beach with full balconies across both, ours does. Having a full size washer and dryer in the unit is also unique, a lot of buildings have community laundry rooms. Our olympic sized pool is great for swimming laps.

We work together. Bill was born in Tampa and Mary has lived here for over 50 years. We reserve the unit for ourselves 3-4 months a year.
