This beautiful, fully-equipped home is just minutes away from downtown Breckenridge and seven miles from I-70. Highland Greens is 98 miles west of Denver International Airport. Regularly scheduled shuttles and limousines are available, as well as car rentals. Call the toll free number to book through Central Reservations. Highland Greens provides a free private shuttle from 8am to 11pm, that takes you and your friends from your doorstep to the slopes or downtown, and returns you home after an afternoon of skiing or shopping.
This spacious, vaulted-ceiling townhome is 1700 square feet, with three bedrooms and two and a half baths arranged in private suites. The master suite has a queen bed, tub, private shower and a 20 inch Direct TV/VCR. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the family room.
The living room has a gas fireplace, 32-inch Direct TV, DVD and VCR. Off the living room is an expanded deck, where you have great views of the mountain ranges. A large patio encourages you to enjoy the wonderful summer days and enjoy the hot tub during the fall and winter nights. The dining room has seating for eight. The attached, private, one car garage allows you to avoid the elements, while keeping your car protected from any inclement weather. The one car garage has plenty of room for your ski gear or golf clubs. Parking is limited to two vehicles (one garage, one driveway). Street parking in Highland Greens is not allowed and vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
There are 7 Ski areas within five to 30 minutes. They include Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek. The Breckenridge Golf Club, which is a 27-hole, Jack Nicklaus-designed course, is across the street. During winter months, it becomes The Gold Run Nordic Center that has beginner and advanced, professionally groomed trails. The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers both indoor and outdoor fitness fun for adults and youth of all ages. Ice Fishing and Fly Fishing is done across the road in the Blue River.
Summit County has fantastic restaurants, golf, spa's, Nordic Centers, hiking and biking trails and a Riverwalk Center to offer you a relaxing vacation. Spend your time wisely in luxurious comfort at Highland Greens.
