This two bedroom, fifth story home perched above the 500-slip marina puts you close to everything Marina Vallarta has to offer. Within a 2 to 5 minute stroll you can experience the Marina boardwalkâs restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and spas. The complex is 1 block from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the golf course.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, walk-in closet with lots of hangers and remodeled private bathroom with separate dual-head shower and marble soaking tub. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds that can be converted to a comfortable king-size bed upon request.
The open and airy kitchen - dining room - living room has a true great room feel and is complimented by vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and all of the glassware, dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed for a home cooked meal or just cocktails on the lanai. The living room features a TV with DVD player and stereo system. The stereo comes ready to connect to and charge your iPod! The condo also has a high speed wi-fi network!
The lanai features a lovely patio set with very comfortable rocker-swivel chairs and a gas grill for meals at home!
The complex features 24-hour security guards, underground parking (1 designated space), a huge swimming pool with entertainment area and restrooms and 2 tennis courts. The complex is across the street from the Melia Hotel so taxis are always near by. The bus is also available directly in front of the complex.

Lovely and spacious. Lots of restaurants on the Marina. On the down side, at every turn, there were vendors harassing us to go to a timeshare presentation! The building is old so there are issues (which when we brought them to the owners attention, were addressed before our stay was over for the most part) We would not return because of the constant harassment from the timeshare reps.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car.
