This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is on an excellent stretch of beachfront on Manasota Key, west of Englewood. Tastefully decorated, with tile and wall-to-wall carpeting throughout that has been replaced in past year. The unit is in a relatively small, three-story, 31-unit building. The Gulf of Mexico is viewable from both bedrooms, the living room, and a large balcony that runs almost the length of the condominium. This is a peaceful, relaxing area, yet 45 minutes away from the cultural amenities of Sarasota or the recreational offerings of Fort Myers.
Boats, jet skis, etc. are rentable from several establishments on the key, which has several restaurants and a convenience store.
The condominium is fully equipped with all the cooking and cleaning devices, linens and other items needed at a home-away-from-home. Both bedrooms and the living room have televisions, and there are two DVD/VCR units. The living room couch converts into a double-size bed.
The building includes a heated pool and an exercise room with several kinds of equipment.
