This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is on an excellent stretch of beachfront on Manasota Key, west of Englewood. Tastefully decorated, with tile and wall-to-wall carpeting throughout, the unit is in a three-story, 31-unit building. The Gulf of Mexico is viewable from both bedrooms, the living room, and a large balcony that runs almost the length of the condominium. Manasota Key is a barrier island, reachable by two bridges from the Englewood mainland, one near its southern tip; the other, near its northern extremity. It is a peaceful, relaxing area, yet just 45-to-50 minutes away from the cultural amenities of Sarasota or the recreational offerings of Fort Myers.
Boats, jet skis, etc. are rentable from establishments on the key, which has several restaurants and a convenience store. Other restaurants, supermarkets and retail stores are on the mainland, 10 minutes away by car.
The condominium is fully equipped with all the cooking and cleaning devices, linens and other items needed at a home-away-from-home. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat-screen televisions, and the condo has two DVD players, plus a broadband Wi-Fi system. The living room couch converts into a double bed.
The building includes a heated pool and an exercise room with several kinds of equipment. A number of public golf courses are in the area.

You will not be disappointed in this condo. It is tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable and well maintained. You will find everything you need here, from kitchen equipment to beach toys, everything is provided. The large balcony has dual aspect views of the ocean and is a great place to see dolphins and to watch the sunset. The location is ideal, just a few steps along the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Englewood is a small town away from the traffic and bustle of the larger resorts along the Gulf coast. Manasota Key has miles of beach where you can walk, fish or collect shells and fossil sharks' teeth. There are 4 public beaches on the Key along the tree-lined canopy road. If you like peace, quiet, beautiful beaches and wildlife viewing this is the place for you. There are good local restaurants and shopping nearby. We recommend it!
