Location: Hidden Valley, Laurel Highlands, Pittsburgh & Its Countryside, Pennsylvania, USA (Close to Seven Springs, 1 hr from Pittsburgh, 3 hrs -Wash DC)

Accommodations:  Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 10)

This beautiful 4 bedroom townhome is located only a minutes walk to the ski slopes. It has a very open spacious layout that is great for families with the main room having a big stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling, wood walls and floors, deck access, and brand new leather sofas.

Pictures just do not capture the charm of our home. The home has just been completely renovated/decorated and most of the furniture, 32 inch TV, stereo, kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, and bedding are brand new. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One is the master bedroom with a king-sized 4 poster bed, attached full bathroom, and access to outside deck. The other bedroom has two twin beds and access to 1/2 bathroom in hallway. There are two other bedrooms upstairs--one with a queen bed and one with two bunkbeds.

There is also a loft area upstairs with another satellite TV with DVD and VCR and a pullout sofabed. The loft is stocked with games and Children's videos which makes it the perfect area for kids! There is a spacious cedar mudroom entry area that is perfect for storing your skis, coats, boots, and golf clubs. Once you come, you will never want to leave!

  • My family recently stayed at Casablanca and just LOVED it! We had ten people staying with us (mostly adults) and we never felt crowded or "on top" of each other. The townhome had all of the amenities that we could think of. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed in terms of appliances, utensils, plates, etc. As others have said, the photos due not due this townhome justice. It was very warm and cozy. We never felt like we were in a rental unit, rather someone's home. Our family will definitely return to Casablanca!

  • This was the perfect meeting place for my family and my sister in law's family -- a wonderful, cozy, beautiful retreat with plenty of space and every comfort and convenience. The kids' loft upstairs was perfect for our four kids, ages 2-6. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax, drink beer and hot tea by the fireplace, and enjoy peaceful sleep. Best part of it all: we contacted Ziv on very short notice, and he was very flexible and kind about the arrangements. We will definitely be back in the warmer months, when our kids can visit all the great outdoor attractions!

  • I have to say that the photos definitely do not do the cabin justice. Once we came in we were definitely floored by how warm and inviting it was. We have many great memories thanks to your home. Furthermore, your hospitality during this whole time was well received. I can guarantee that our group will remember you for future events. In fact, I had my wife and son join us on our group trip. I was even impressed that there were toys for my son to play with and childrens books and movies.

  • Our family of 6 adults and our beloved 6 month old granddaughter spent a great weekend at Casa Blanca which is perfect for a family reunion or any gathering where folks want to relax and have fun. Well located, an hour from Pittsburgh and near many state parks. hiking trails, a lake, and small lovely rural towns. Ohiopyle is a must on a hot day, cooling off in the mighty Youghanghnia (forgive my spelling and let's just call it the Yough River). the house is very comfortable, good beds, clean, well equipped with a very nice outdoor deck. Swimming pools are nearby. I would just say 'ditto' to all the other comments. We were quite pleased and thanks to the Zivs for providing us this rare treat for our families.   • We stayed at this property in February 08 for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. We never rented from someone off Craig's List before and were initially a little hesitant. Let me reassure anyone that might want to stay at this townhouse that it is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and nicely decorated. We had 10 people in our party and never felt crowded. You were far enough away from things and yet convenient to run to town for the forgotten items or additional food. The people we encountered were relaxed and friendly. The house was perfect. Casablanca, comfortably accommodated the adults and the kids enjoyed the shared the bunk room. The Kitchen was perfect for feeding the teens and their constant appetites. When inside and recovering from our activities it was a nice bonus that you have Versus on the TV as we could watch the tour de France. Lots of fun.   • Great House with all the amenities, my sisters and family enjoyed a weekend and just loved Hidden Valley in the summer. The house is a great layout for 3 families and children. Tons of games and toys great outdoor deck, furniture and grill. Decor very nice throughout the house. Kitchen very well equipped for meals and grilling. Defininatly a great location and getaway place for the family. We hope to go back during the ski season.
