Les Trois Epis ("Three Heads of Corn") apartment is located in the centre of Nice on the Promenade des Anglais 2 minutes walk from the Hotel Negresco. Nice Airport is only three miles away.

This two-bedroom apartment is nice and roomy (100 m2) and has been especially designed with the discerning traveller in mind. It has been refurbished to a high standard.

The main bedroom has a King-sized bed (71" width), a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony looking onto an internal garden and equipped with two loungers.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed (63") and a single bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.

There is a separate fully equipped kitchen and the main bathroom (next to the main bedroom) has a full bath and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a shower-room en-suite. There is also a separate WC.

The living/dining room has a dining table and seven chairs, two settees (one of which converts into a double bed) and three armchairs. There is also a writing-desk.

There is a WiFi Internet connection plus unlimited FREE telephone calls to landlines (NOT cellphones) throughout Europe, North America and Australasia.

And, naturally, there's central heating for the winter months.
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. In addition, all the rooms have ceiling fans.

At the front of the building, off the living/dining room, there is a large terrace with views directly over the Mediterranean. This is equipped with a dining table, four chairs and two sun loungers.
