Low Season ............ $1950/week.
3 night minimum. $200 non-refundable cleaning fee.
$1,000 deposit required on credit card. (refundable)
50% of rental rate due upon booking/remaining 50% due 30 days prior
to reservation date.
Deposits are refunded up to 30 days prior to reservation date.
