My family had a wonderful stay at this property. We were 6 adults and three teens. Grandparents and Sister and brother inlaw..... Usually out all day at beach or Disneyland, but great home base for family dinners. Great fireworks show at Pier and huge 4th Parade on Main street if you like that sort of thing. All in all a great value for our group. I would stay here again.
Owner response:The fourth of July celebration is the largest west of the Missssipi. This family has a typical scenario for a stay at our properties. Out most of the day taking in all hat Souther California has to offer, and returning to their "Home"at the end of the day or a family dinner or relaxation after the busy day. Also noticed that some of the adults in this group chose to just hang out at the pool while the bulk of the group conquered the sites.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

As a family on a budget, I wanted to cook in the house and not be a hassle. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. There were spices and extra plates, pans and silverware. There were extra towels and kids toys, bikes, playground, and videos. It was really clean and comfortable. The 2 other rentals we went to were sparse and the kids were bored. A lot of videos were VHS and not DVD and the kids didn't like rewinding the tapes. The 2 pools were big and close to the house and they weren't crowded.
Owner response:Our clients who chose to cook at "home" are very pleased with the kitchens in our properties. The pools are are a great diversion from the Beach scene if you need some solitude between all the activities.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was the first time I had taken my family to the west coast. We decided on this rental due to the price and location and I can't say enough about the quality of our stay. First and foremost the rental is not only accurate in it's description, but I would go so far as to say that it was better than advertised. The property was clean and the owner was more than helpful when it came to any questions that we had. The location is great and there are so many places for activities that are a short distance away. Our family enjoyed the nearby amusement parks, but they also have a two major sports teams just up the street if you wanted to check out a local team. Would highly recommend!
