We own and manage our own condo. You will be working directly with Karen and Dennis.
Our Condo is remodeled featuring a mountain cabin feel with new knotty pine 6 panel doors and woodwork. The condo also has an upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances, upgraded furnishings and carpet, knotty pine furnishings, HD TV, High Speed Internet.
Our Condo, located right across the street from the River Walk Center, is in the heart of Breckenridge. The condo is spacious with a large living room area including a comfortable love seat, queen size sofa sleeper and a very comfortable recliner. Adding to the cozy feel of the condo is a wood fireplace.
Bedrooms – Each bedroom has a King size bed, TV and DVD. The Master Bedroom has a private bath with a full tub and shower. Each bedroom has its own thermostat so chose your comfort level for sleeping - colder or warmer - it's your choice. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bathrroms - Both bathrooms are stocked with thick cotton towels including oversize bath towels. There are also upscale amenities for your personal use.
Kitchen - Stay in and prepare a dinner in our remodeled, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The dining table easily seats 6 with additional room at the counter.

Time to relax - enjoy the two indoor hot tubs and the sauna. Want more exercise, a swimming pool is available, just a short walk from the condo.
Ski Season -
Incredible skiing/boarding in Breckenridge. Four mountain peaks to pick from - all peaks include green, blue and black diamond runs. Ski schools and private lessons are available for beginners.
Summer -
Sunny, bright, blue skies and cool, star-filled evenings. Come enjoy the summer music venues - National Repertory Orchestra, Breck Music Festival and Blue River Series concerts in the River Walk Center (located across the street from condo complex). Kids will love the Peak 8 Fun Park. Staying at our Cimarron condo you have access to the Upper Village community pool. The heated pool is outside, along with 3 hot tubs.
Fall -
Come to Breck and enjoy sunny, cool days and the beautiful aspen golden color.
LABOR DAY WEEKEND activities - Great Divide Arts and Crafts Fair, Rubber Duck Race and many sidewalk sales.

Why the Owner Chose Cimarron
We purchased the Cimarron Condo for several reasons. First, of course, is the fact it is located in Breckenridge. Breckenridge is nice small town with almost everything within a short walk from the condo. Another reason is its ready access to the ski slopes. The shuttle bus stops right in front of the condo complex and it is 5 minutes to the slopes. When we are finished with a day of skiing, we take Four O'Clock Run down and ski to within walking distance of the condo. We really enjoy the indoor hot tubs and the access to the pool.

Karen and Dennis are originally from central Wisconsin – Wausau and Antigo. In Wisconsin, we lived in Fond du Lac, Madison, and Germantown. We have also lived in Salem, OR, Cincinnati, OH, Albuquerque, NM and now in Broomfield, CO. We have come to really love two parts of the country, the coast of Oregon and Mountains of Colorado. Our son lives in Colorado and our daughter lives in Oregon.

We rented this condo for a week. The best parts were that we were within an easy walk to town and the lifts and the parking garage (what a treat to come out in sub-zero weather and your car is not freezing). Our two bedrooms with comfortable (both with king beds) and TV's; the linens & towels were extra nice. The decor & bathrooms were average but clean. The kitchen was great to work in - well equipped and we didn't need to buy spices, paper and cleaning products as they were already there! The owners were excellent to deal with and very organized- they sent us a nice package on the area with restaurants, etc. In the condo there was another book that answered any question you may have about the condo and the area. It's a good value & I'd recommend this unit!

Thanks for having us at your lovely condo in Breck. The place is located perfectly by the lift and the town, can't get better than that. The place itself is amazing, high quality, renovated, lots of space!!! Very homey feel, and I definitely recommend this to my friends!

The condo was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen/dining room easily served us all. The best part was the short walk to the ski lifts! We highly recommend this condo!

This condo was a gem. We loved being able to walk out of the condo and cross the street to get to the shuttle stop; the bus ride really is 5 minutes to Peak 8 or 9. The walk to Main street is quite scenic, but still less than 10 minutes. We really loved the condo itself; parking in the garage was easy and although we didn't get to use the hot tubs, they looked great. The pictures online actually didn't do the condo justice; usually it's the other way around, so we were very pleased. The owners are a pleasure to rent from and return your deposit as soon as they get the keys back. I was very impressed overall, both with the condo and the ease of renting. Price is also fantastic!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here on our recent fall getaway to Breckenridge. The condo was wonderful! It was large, extremely well-maintained and perfect for what we needed. There were only three of us, but the bedrooms were large and could have easily housed a much larger family. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, but were close enough to town that even our 15 month old daughter could walk to town for meals out. Breckenridge in the fall is wonderful as well. It was not busy, the weather was beautiful (we even had one snowy morning!) and just a great place to get away. The only problem that we had with the condo was adjusting the thermostat to the correct temperature. We seemed to only be able to find two settings...off or on no matter how much we adjusted it. Fortunately after a couple of days we were able to adjust each of the thermostats to a level that kept the condo comfortable, so this was just a minor annoyance. Otherwise a great place and we hope to return sooner rather than later!
Owner response:Thank you for your very nice review and for letting us know about the heating issue. We were at the condo last week doing some routine maintenance and we checked the thermostats. The heating is supplied by baseboard electric heaters with individual wall mounted thermostat controls. There are four of these traditional thermostats controlling individual zones in the condo. We found 3 of the thermostats to be defective. We have ordered new digital thermostats to replace all existing units which will solve the current problem and also, because the new thermostats are digital, provide for improved temperature control of each of the zones. We were owners previously at Cimarron many years ago and it is as nice as we remember. This condo is great for skiing with a first floor location and porch to keep skis and boards for our kids. Well kept and a prime location. We stayed for over a week and walked to skiing and into town for several great meals. We will be back in 2011!

We just returned from our trip to Breckenridge and loved this condo and its accomodations. It is very spacious, well equipped, and a perfect location. The beds are comfortable. There is a humidifier in every room. The kitchen has everything you need. The hot tub is just down the hall. The heated garage is such a bonus, something you don't understand until you are there. Ski home on the 4 o'clock run, or use the free shuttle right outside! Walk to town. Highly recommend this condo and we plan to stay here again. The owners are very helpful! Thank you.
