Our luxury, three-bedroom, two-bath villa has been tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern style offering large comfortable, living, dining, and sleeping areas as well as the relaxing furniture on the patio or after a cooling swim in the pool or a BUBBLY warm spa or a game of pool or foosball in the GAME ROOM. The dining area in addition to the arrangements in the kitchen has a table and four chairs. The living space is equipped with both a three-seater sofa and a loveseat for two, coffee and end tables and table lamps. There is a 27-inch TV with a Bose home theatre system with DVD, CD, and AM/FM radio. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance, small and large, expected in a modern villa together with lots of helpful cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery.
A door leads to the laundry area with washing and drying machines, iron and ironing board, electric cleaner, and general cleaning items.
The very spacious master bedroom has an American king-size bed (six-feet wide), separate seating, bedside tables or night stands, and a dresser with mirror. An archway leads to the luxury en suite with step-in wardrobe/closet, corner bath, separate walk-in shower, and a completely separate toilet. On the opposite side of the living room a hall leads to a further double-size bedroom with queen-size bed, a twin bedroom with the family bathroom between. All three bedrooms, the lounge, and the game room have TVs. Bed linen, towels, and clothes hangers are provided together with hair dryers.
There is a large, screened, south-facing patio and pool area and spa with a one touch control and high quality relaxing pool furniture including loungers with a table and four chairs for the al-fresco eating and drinking. The patio doors are fitted with alarms for the safety of young children. (We respectfully advise that all children are supervised by an adult when in the pool area.)
Telephone facilities include FREE local, national, and international calls (to many countries). Dial-up Internet access can generally be made available by prior arrangement.

We are Alex and Julie, in our 40's with a young very special little girl, Harriet, now 11. We enjoy our holidays at the villa and often team up with parents ( who own another villa just a couple of minutes away on Oak Island Cove). We have done the parks many times and still enjoy Magic Kingdom, and now enjoy relaxing and soaking up the sun on our patio as well as shopping in the designer outlets.

Our First trip to Florida and Disney as a family!! We are midway through our stay and enjoying everything. House is in an Ideal location to Disney, restaurants and shopping. My boys, 11,7 and 5 love the pool and the games roomBEST (even more than the parks) House is perfect, much bigger than the usual hotel room hockey trip stays. Weather is co-operating. Hi Alex Julie, We enjoyed your beautiful home during our stay here in Disney. This is our second time renting a house and to our surprise it was right next to the house we had rented in SApril.06. Your house had every convenient item we needed.The girls loved the Diney themed bedroom as well as the pool. Unfortunately it was a bit cold our first 4 days in Florida but by the last 3 days we could enjoy the pool area.

Just a quick email to thank you for the use of Alex's villa for our 2 week yearly florida holiday. We got back yesterday pm so still a little jet lagged but flights etc were great and on time which helps. We also got a chance to visit your home while we were there too as Walter and Ann were there and it was lovely. We were delighted with the size of the villa for the three of us and laura immediately took to the Disney room and befriended Nemo! which we were delighted with as normally in a strange place we have trouble getting her to sleep at night on her own in a strange room.
