Are you looking for a quiet and SAFE place near the sea, the town? Well you found it. This little breezy house is on a hill looking at the town of St John's where you see those big ships coming and leaving the harbor; from the master bedroom and the veranda you have a little view of the ocean.

"La Palmeraie" is a friendly place with a friendly neighbor who will look after you with his two nice dogs when you leave the place. We are just two minutes from the sea by car, of course, but if you need some exercises you can walk there. You will be at Dickinson Bay which has beautiful waters and lots of activities and restaurants. Just put your shorts on, your hat and of course lots of sunscreen.
