Enjoy family skiing at Sol Vista Ski Basin or more extreme skiing at Winter Park/Mary Jane. We are just steps from ski lift at Sol Vista Ski Basin and only 15 minutes from Winter Park. Sol Vista is a great place for those who are just starting out.
Your family will feel comfortable in our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium located in the Summit at Silver Creek complex in Sol Vista/Granby Ranch, Colorado. This is a four-season, family-oriented resort centrally located just minutes from Winter Park, Fraser, Grand Lake and Hot Sulphur Springs. We are located on the parking level, literally 100 feet from the chair lift, providing ski-in/ski-out access to the Sol Vista Ski Basin.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a two person hot tub. The second bedroom has a twin day/trundle bed (pulls out from underneath the day bed). The queen sized sofa bed is brand new. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room (with fire wood provided). Our newly updated amenities building is for the exclusive use of Summit guests and features an outdoor hot tub, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam rooms, dressing rooms, and a small meeting room. This is a perfect place for families and for those seeking an affordable vacation rental! Newly added is wireless internet access in the amenties building.

We just returned from the mountains and wanted to tell you we enjoyed the condo immensely!! This was our 6th or 7th year up there for New Year's and this was the most homey and comfortable accommodation we've ever had! Our kids loved loved the ski-in and ski-out feature and that after the lifts closed, they could trek up the mountain to sled. We loved how easy it was to come in for lunch and save some cash that way. Thank-you so much for making it available for us.

Just wanted to extend a great "Thank You" for the nice condo and stay. I appreciate the extra night and we did get in an extra day of skiing. We got 8" of snow overnight and the stay was awesome! Your place is great; nice and clean with a great fireplace. Being literally 300' from the lift was incredible. We could get in some morning runs then have lunch back at the condo then head back out... incredible!

The accomodations were just perfect for this busy skiing family of 5 and I can't recall the last condo we stayed at that we could truly ski in and ski out! THANK YOU! What a fabulous condo..... you all have done an amazing job outfiitting it.... the top of the line towels and ample blankets, etc.... is so appreciated! We played the games, swam and skied like crazy. I rent through VRBO about 10 times a year and I have to say this unit is among the best of all of them. It is so clean, so well stocked, and just as advertised.... steps from the parking lot and steps from the lift. We were two Mom's with 4 kids of different ages and it was a breeze to get in and out of and to cook, etc.... I have forwarded your info to our friends the McKenzie family and they will probably book for their March trip. If you need a reference, have a potential renter contact me any time! Thanks again! Dana
